This company is respectful, honest and professional. They did work for my neighbor next-door and I had them come over because I needed some work done. They completed the job in two days and came when they said they would. I will only use them for now on. They know what theyre doing.

Our neighbors of 43 years a retired doctor with serious dementia and his wife who is healthy hired these people to daylight some trees. Simple task we always handle there tree work any climbing, falling and any trimming we owned a falling company for several years been working in the ***** for longtime I would say average logger scaler not claiming to be anything special but solid 30 years experience I get home because we were out of town these rip off artists cut 12 limbs cedar limbs 12!!! I asked out of curiosity how much she said well 6,200$ I almost had a heart attack this is criminal please ?? beware of these terrible people Im at a loss of words here

Cancelled my appointment with them because they wont give me references. Wont deal with any company unless I see their work. I agree with the clients that they just trespass in neighborhoods saying that they just completed a job for a neighbor. The guy xxxxx told me that he couldnt tell me who they did the job for due to confidentiality. I live in a small neighborhood with HOA and we know each other very well, I told him.

This ** is not trustworthy.I had their Arborist come out to give me an estimate on the removal of a large fur tree.The tree is located next to my driveway. There are a few powerlines overhead. The Arborist was convinced that they could work around it.After accepting the quote they wrote up a contract and a date for removal which i signed.On the day of the agreed day this ** called and postponed the removal to another day due to the fact that they had an unforeseen emergency.However, on the rescheduled day no-one showed up.Upon a phone inquire by me i was told that the ** had canceled my contract. The reason given was that they can't do the job because of the power lines and also because the roots of the tree were next to the waterline.The tree was never to be uprooted it was only to be cut to just leave a ***** which was not to be grinded.So the excuse of the waterline is bogus because it would not have any effect on it. As far as the powerlines that was already known when the contract was written up. As i mentioned before this ** is not to be trusted. I lost valuable time waiting for this ** to fulfill the contract.

I used my credit card to pay the deposit. After the job was completed, I was told that the office would get in touch with me regarding paying the balance. Next thing I know, I find out that they used my card number to pay the balance...without my permission. This is unethical. I suppose there is something in small print somewhere. The flyer I received had a coupon that said 10% off. I received no discount. Then, in small print, I read that you have to ask for it. I really don't like doing business with shady companies. I'm done with this one. Clean-up could have been better, considering I paid $1,500 for the job.

The crew that came out were friendly and professional (almost, see next paragraph). We did a walkthrough prior to any work starting and I pointed out the trees I wanted trimmed. I was very specific about two trees in our backyard in particular and stressed that I only wanted a couple of the lowest hanging branches trimmed. We wanted to maintain the shady nature of our backyard and have privacy from the oddball neighbor behind us. I came out to the backyard about an hour later and couldn't believe my eyes. The two trees that I had wanted trimmed (expecting they would take down about 5 branches total) had been cleaned to about 30 feet up! Dozens of branches now gone! I now have a great view of the creepy neighbor's house, his ugly trees, and what seems like a barren landscape in the back of my yard. I keep going over and over in my head what I could have said differently and I'm at a complete loss. The worst part is that looking at it you realize that the damage is done, there is nothing you can do. It will be years before we are able to recovery the privacy that we had.I think it was one of the less experienced workers that was maybe left unsupervised who did the hatchet job (pun intended). The team lead was very apologetic and we did get a discount on the work. But there is really no amount of money that can undo the damage. Even now I'm still livid. Advice to others....I'm not sure. I really thought I was explicit in what I said to cut down and what we discussed with the consultant.Honestly there seems to be a disconnect between the consulting, the bidding, the initial walkthrough and the actual cutting. I think the company needs to look into the procedures that they have in place to communicate work within the team once they are onsite.Such a bad experience on this one detail that I would have a hard time recommending them to others. Too bad though, I had such high hopes.

Refuses to heed both "no trespassing" and "no soliciting" signs while making cold calls at my door. If employees are unable to read simple signs why in the world would anyone believe they might be able to follow directions or follow through with any kind of agreement they make?

They insisted I have bark beetles. I do not. They tried to scare me into believing that I needed to inject ******** into my trees to save them. Well I got several other opinions, one from the ************* of ************ In short, the company doesnt seem to understand how bark beetles truly affect trees (when I spoke to an independent entomologist he was flabbergasted by their inaccuracies), says ******** is a great product BUT DOES NOT SAVE TREES ALREADY INFECTED (it is a preventative measure) and there isnt an infestation of bark beetles in suburban Western WA. The company also claimed they have a warranty but they do notof course they cant guarantee a cure just like a doctor cant, but I was told the product is guaranteed which it isnt. Thats why one reads a contract. The sales person was oh so good at his job. But they are after the almighty dollar as an ex-employee told me. He wasnt surprised at their tactics. Of course I should know better to try a company who knocks in your door. Now I know they will respond to this and it will make them sound good and that perhaps I didnt understand. But no. I totally understand especially after speaking to many professionals over the past few days. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. And if you have no dead trees in your yard its almost for sure you dont have bark beetles so dont let them convince you either wise. Remember, their salesperson was really good at his job. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
