I had an external water spicket burst due to the freezing temps that swept over the ***. PureDry came out, removed my baseboards, floated my carpet, and placed air movement to dry the area in my living room. They also removed some affected insulation in the crawlspace. They had used a subcontract named Landshark on the Reconstruction side. ********* was very punctual, did great work, and now that it's finished, I can't tell the difference! Everything went pretty smooth, and everyone I talked to was very attentive, respectful, and professional. I highly suggest this company to my friends, family, and anyone who reads this review.Review from Connie R

This company is fantastic! They kept me up to date on the progress & dealt with the insurance company for me. They replied to all my phone calls and e-mails and always arrived on time. Everybody was so nice that it helped lower my stress level immensely. When the job was finished, I received a wrapped bag of cookies thanking me for my business. It was a nightmare dealing with them the second time. They are way too expensive and not at all worth it. Do not go to them since they would charge you way over the market avg and your insurance will never come close to covering their chargesReview from Jason A

We experience water damage due to our dishwasher. Tried some other local companies nobody every picked up the phone. Called PureDry and immediately was able to get through. They were very professional responding immediately. Performed a very thorough job with water cleanup. As a bonus PureDry is helping to deal with the insurance company regarding the costs. We are also working with PureDry to help with the kitchen rebuild. So far they have been a very responsive company .Thank you PureDry.Review from Kellie C

We were so pleased with the quick response (on a weekend!) PureDry came immediately to our home. We discovered a major water affecting multiple floors/ceilings in our home. From our first call to their dispatch to all the workers who faithfully came every day to check and rearrange equipment to remediate - and everyone in the office working with our insurance company--we were so pleased with the professionalism from PureDry. I am especially grateful that they worked tirelessly as an advocate with our insurance company, USAA, to make sure every single thing was covered by insurance. I have never had that happen! For all the military families/vets out there who have USAA insurance please know that USAA was very impressed with this company! We would definitely use them again.Review from Bob S

We had water damage from a mouse that chewed through a water line. Our insurance denied coverage but Puredry fought very hard with claims to get them to pay; harder than our agent did. It was still denied though. But everyone I dealt with at Puredry was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Once it was known our claim was denied, Puredry drastically cut our bill down from the original estimate. Highly recommend this company.Review from Shoni F

I am writing this review in appreciation of the amazing work that was done by *************************** The water damage to my home was done at night and their crew was available and on site the next day. As soon as they began to work on my home I could instantly tell that they were highly trained and I trusted their work 100%. They were at my home for approximately 10 days and were extremely prompt and used their time very wisely to ensure everything was done quickly but correctly. Their customer service was exceptional! I was not able to live at my home during the repairs and they updated me throughout the process and made themselves available at all times, including after hours. I would confidently recommend this company to everyone and if I needed their services in the future I would not hesitate to use them again!Review from Susan P

Pure Dry is an excellent company to work with!!! I used them last year for carpet cleaning, and was extremely impressed from start to finish with the customer service. We recently had a mold issue, and I immediately contacted Pure Dry Restoration because I had such a positive experience with using their carpet cleaning business. I didnt think that experience could be topped, but it was. Again start to finish, we received excellent customer service from the entire team. The communication and work was exceptional. I had a water leak from the toilet overnight because the water valve was broken. Woke up to a puddle of water that went down the air vent and through the floor and down to the garage ceiling. I called several water mitigation companies and PureDry was referred to me by another 5star company who was already solid booked and informed me I needed to take care of this right away to prevent bacteria buildup and mold. Other companies couldnt get to me until the next week or so but PureDry came to the rescue the very next day. ***** educated me of what the potential disaster could be and explained what he was doing or going to do and the whole process of dealing with water damage and my insurance company. He had also set up HVAC appointment with their sister company for me to take care of the vent. They wore shoe covers to protect my carpet which is a big deal to me since we dont wear shoes in the house. All the staff that came into my house introduced themselves and were very respectful and nice especially to my dog. They covered and secured the area they were tearing down. They came over every day to test the moisture in the room and stayed late to take all the equipment down after the rooms were all dry. So grateful for this company. Im very critical but these guys did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend this company.
