    In short; these folks were paid upfront for a repair, wouldn't book me for weeks, were a no show to my appointment and then when they did show were only prepared to do the repair on one fireplace (when I had already scheduled them to handle both fireplaces).Once the repair guy finally showed up, I was told out of the blue that I would now have to schedule a 3rd appointment for the other repair because I had expressed confusion as to why the quote was so high (something I was ready and willing to understand when their sales guy was here but he was too rushed to explain anything to me- he just announced a price to me verbally and got in his car).This is something that could have been explained on the phone when I reached out the the manager ***** but she came in with full attitude and was not informed with all that had transpired before. Nor did she care in the least.When I expressed frustration at having my time wasted they just bailed on everything (including the repair they had already been paid for).

    This review is an inaccurate account of events. ***** purchased a home, we were hired by the previous owner to repair the gas fireplace. After she gained possession of the home she requested an estimate for work she wanted done on a 2nd fireplace. The estimate was performed. She didnt like the price. We were NEVER under contract to work on the 2nd fireplace. The manager that scheduled the repair on the gas fireplace only said it might be possible to sweep the other chimney at the time of repair for the first one. We have emails to prove this.The repair for the gas fireplace was scheduled for Wednesday 3-5. My technician encountered a dangerous gas leak at his appointment prior to hers and it took him several hours to resolve. He sent her a message at 5:45 stating he was running late. At this point I was informed and as the owner of the company I made the decision to ask ***** if it was OK for him to come out the following morning instead. She agreed. This is not a no show.The following morning my technician arrived to find her wood floors being sanded and the fireplace covered up. ***** never mentioned this would be occurring at the same time. But the flooring team agreed to stop while the fireplace was being worked on. It was at this time ***** became agitated and started demanding that my technician work on the 2nd fireplace as well. He told her there was no work order for that fireplace and he was only there to do one. She then called him incompetent.***** asked for me to call her so I did right away. She was demanding work be done on something we did not agree on. She became very angry and started using profanity. I am not going to subject myself or any employee to that kind of treatment. At this point I told her we were canceling our work order. After she insulted me with profanity and hung up, I pulled my technician off the job. She has since been leaving these inaccurate reviews everywhere trying to tarnish our reputation.
