****** and Endless Pawsibilities have changed our life. *******, my GSD, was very excitable and reactive to both people and dogs. Taking her for a simple walk down the street was a nightmare. I had originally gotten ******* as a puppy to train as a service dog, and I thought that plan was gone because of her being over-socialized. Going into training, I knew that *******'s problems were on me and mistakes I had made when she was a puppy. When I contacted ****** for help, she laid everything out. I knew it was going to take work. Dog training is not just about training the dog, but training the owners as well. Now, a year into our training journey, I am so happy that I found a trainer that cares about mine and my dog's successes, challenges, bumps in the road, everything. ****** is more than willing to adapt the training plan if something doesn't work for a specific dog. It's taken a lot of hard work, but it's been so great to have someone who not only is helping my dog be confident and happy, but also showing me how to be the best dog owner I can be. The group classes and lifetime support have been an added bonus for ******* and I. Thank you ******!

I contacted Lauren because of all her great reviews. I was excited to work with her. But at the end of our phone consult and after I paid her, she lets me know that her spouse ***** will actually be the one doing the training, I wasn't thrilled. But gave ***** a chance. The first thing he did when he stepped into my house was critique my dogs and how I care for them. He judged everything I said the entire time. I told Lauren I didn't want to keep working with him and that I'd like a refund. She said she didn't typically do refunds but she made arrangements for her to continue the training instead. However, we had to reschedule our sessions and from that point it was me reaching out to her to continually check in and try to get them done, she never checked in with me. And having to adjust her training methods because I was uncomfortable with a lot of it, I asked for a refund again and she evaded the question all together. I eventually let her know that I didn't want to continue with training. That I was unhappy with the service. And she has completely ghosted me. I haven't heard from her. I hope she sleeps well at night, taking $2600 from people for 1 measly hour training session and less than $200 of equipment. Awful experience.
