Zero stars if I could.Shame on me. I should have researched this car lot prior to purchasing from them. Short story. Stay away. Bad business. Bad vehicles. Bad bad bad. The long story. I bought a truck from them. Paid 12k cash. Less than a weeks and a half later Im looking at over 6k in repairs to do timing chain, gears, and rear main seal because its leaking oil into the transmission. And thats all if it hasnt messed anything else up that they wont know until its opened up. I called to give freedom an opportunity to remedy the situation and they offered to repair the timing chain at cost but Id still have to pay out of pocket 20% the cost of the truck and that doesnt count the rear main seal. After telling them if the rear main seal actually is also 100% confirmed bad I want them to buy back the truck they said they threatened me with quote 6 lawyers and would not take it back. Well. Good thing I ALSO have attorneys on file who have assured me after reviewing my paperwork and conversations with mechanics this qualifies under washington statutes for implied warranty. It doesnt matter how many as is stickers are slapped in the paperwork washington had laws against it and I will be suing for the repairs and the legal fees if I have to go that route and if they still refuse to buy the truck back and avoid all that. Or, not that Id trust them but they can swap it for the other truck I was looking at on the lot that was the same price. Moral to the story, these people are ***************** and you should go somewhere else!!!Business response

We are sorry to hear that **************** is unhappy with his purchase. We want all our customers to be happy. However, when buying and selling older, high mile vehicles (especially over ******* miles), eventually they will need repair. We offer all of our customers our dealer cost program to help keep repair costs down.
We sell all our vehicles As-Is, with no warranty. In many cases we can offer the customer a service contract that is administered by a different company.
This vehicle was sold As-Is with no warranty. **************** declined purchasing the service contract that was offered.
Attached are 5 documents, signed by ****************, acknowledging his purchase was As-Is with no warranty and the document declining the service contract.
If **************** would like to benefit from our dealer cost program, we will be happy to help him.

I am rejecting this response because:things NOT how they sold me the vehicle. They said their mechanic inspects every vehicle. Later to tell me they fired him and have a new mechanic. After selling me a vehicle with so many leaks and issues it had zero oil and barely and transmission fluid in it so clearly it wasnt inspected yet they want it to be MY fault their mechanic was incompetent yet sold me the vehicle claiming he was great and inspects all their ******************* turning this over to my lawyer. Implied warranty in ****************. These guys are crooked and trying to take advantage of a cancer patient. Im already out $2000 in repairs and it needs another $3500
