This company called my employer and left their number so I called back and they proceeded to give me all the details about the case without verifying my identity and find out it wasnt me they were looking for but someone else with my name. Fist thing theyre supposed to do is asks questions to verify who theyre speaking to before releasing personal info

I had gone to get some x-rays done for inland imaging and totally spaced it off that I had that bill they send it to this collection agency for payment fine I get it. But when I called them to make arrangements for payments and which they agreed to and barely 8 days later they already filed a court summons to garnish my wages wtf really I just made arrangements with you to make those payments ** they tell me that of I pay now to prevent it to going to court they are still going to charge me all the Xtra fees tacked this whole company is a sham and the way they operate is shady and should be penalized for it

I had 2 tickets from wat the guy at valley empire first told me in 2022. They then decide to garnish my wages for 6 wks, stop for 2 weeks and then pick up and garnish again for another 6 wks. They told me they were supposed to call me after the 6 wks, so I could set up a payment plan. Now I get paid every week. I'm a single mother. And wen I say single, there is no dad, no child support, no nothing, so they take over a quarter of my check a week. So I have been behind on rent cause of this and can't feed my kids. Everytime valley empire does anything there are supposed to send a letter, which I don't get. Cause they send it where I have to sign for it and I'm not home during the time the mail runs. Or they don't send it at all. They are supposed to send a letter giving me opportunities to pay myself and I haven't received any kind of letter. And the guy I talked to made sure to tell me that if I pay myself u guys are still gonna charge me over 1000$ a month. So as much as they have taken from me, they are now stealing. I shouldn't owe them anything. And I can't believe all the reviews and nothing has still been done about them. Must be nice sitting in that place stealing everyone's money, and adding on taxes.

I received, by certified mail, a copy of a writ of garnishment from Valley Empire Collection. The writ contained no information about the origination of the debt and I received no notice of any kind of the debt existing prior to this notice. I called the creditor and was informed that the debt was from two traffic tickets dating from 2013 and 2014. That the garnishment had been finalized and they had attempted to contact me through old phone numbers and addresses and "someone" at one of those old phone numbers had given them my current address. In order to set up payment on the debt I would need to make a $1000 deposit(which i currently do not have!). I am not convinced that their procedures in this case were legal as I was never given any notice about this debt and they used private information obtained from an outside source. They are currently garnishing my wages $100 a week. I have contacted a lawyer to see what my right might be in this case.

I called them to pay a collection debt and they said they are sueing me and I need to take it up with the court. I asked the see the bills and they said I can see it once I go to court. They wont provide me with the information. I had insurance and they said they dont care I can handle it at court. Court cost hundreds of dollars. If you read reviews they do this to a lot of people. They should be investigated because this is fraudulent behavior. They said I talked to them and I asked them to send me the recording and they said they dont record calls. And they just wrote a note in my file. I have no clue how thats even legal. I would like to understand my charges and I also think the BBB needs to investigate.

Hello my name is ****** and my account is with inland imaging and Avista. I tried to pay the principle amount for all these debts and I was refused. I didn't kno interest was incurring and called right when I was served paperwork. I don't think me paying the principle amount is more than fair considering the whole covid and I'm a single mother of 3 kids.
