    In May of 2021 I paid a downpayment for quartz and installation of it throughout my home... Kitchen, pantry, laundry and office areas by NW Granite. About 6 weeks later a I received a call to schedule my appointment for install. That was again confirmed the day before install in July, I believe. I took the day off work to be there for install as my husband was the builder and he had to work his regular job that day. The morning of install I was contacted and told that one of their workers had accidentally cut out our quartz for the wrong customer so they could not install after all. I was then told I would have to pick out a different quartz or wait 2 months for the one I had originally ordered. I then had to drive out to the valley (30 minutes) to pick out a quartz that I did not really want (it was boring but I had 2 different patterns so not much choice to make it match) in order to get it installed on time. Another date for install was scheduled and I took a second day off work to be there. No one showed up. It was a Saturday and it took me a couple hours to reach someone and I was then told that the workers for my job had not shown up. No one bothered to call me. A manager told me they would adjust my ****. Another day lost. Another reschedule. The install did happen finally about a week later but it was soon discovered that my cooktop island was cut wrong and the downdraft would not fit. It was on site. Came back again to fix that and we discovered they cut the hole too long and ugly holes showed at each end. Called and spoke to ****** to voice my concern and she said my remaining amount "would be taken care of". ******* then came and measured to "fix" the holes. He also said my **** would be taken care of. He returned and installed black metal plates. Sort of work but not what I envisioned for my cus. home). I have been called multiple times about the balance by several people. Promise of resolution, ****** no longer works there. NOW I'm billed. WHAT A SHAM.

    They have done poor quality and unfinished work on kitchen project. Overcharged for granite. Left water leak after cutting water pipes and created additional work for me.
