Absolutely never go here! Bought a 2007 ***** cobalt. The transmission blew in a week. Signing an as is no warranty I figured was because it needed new tires, an alignment, and needed the anti theft stereo unlocked by a ***** dealer. Did not think it would mean the transmission would go out in a week and leave me stranded. They do not care and will not make it right. They don't even care that I am putting in a complaint to the ************************. They apparently have doctored this car to at least make it off their lot. Was working with ****** as the sales guy and JD the manager, or who they said was the manager at the ****************** location basically laughed me off the phone.

Nobody laughed at this customer and for her to say that is a bold lie. We sign as is paperwork for all parts on the vehicle not just some. Customer bought the cheapest car on the lot we cannot fix a $2995 car thats why its a cheap car.

This business should be shut down for how they treat their customers after the purchase is complete. They only give smoke and mirrors and resolve nothing. Their cars are unreliable and will leave you stranded. They only yell you what they need to tell you to get the deal done and your money in their pocket. There managing staff are rude and unprofessional.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! We purchased a 2017 ****** Tacoma TRD Sport with ******* miles on it from Valley VIP on 6/28/24. Approximatley 2 days after purchase we noticed an oil leak. We reached out to seller and sent pictures of leak, we were then told we are just trying to get money from them and would need to take it to a reputable mechanic to get a diagnostic test done, so we took it to ******. we live 4 hours away so could not take to their mechanic. The report from ****** came back as timing cover leak at the cost of $4888.98. We then reported this to seller and his response was that ****** was just trying to sell us a new vehicle and that they lied to us about repairs. The seller then offered us $1000.00 and said "to never hear from you again" or offered that if we bring it to him to fix. We are very reluctant and skeptic to have him do any work on the vehicle as we feel he will not do the work correctly and he is not an honest person. We also live 4 hours away from him so would have to take days off of work plus get a car rental. We had another mechanic look over the vehicle and he noticed that there seems to be a lot of body work done, all of which was unaware to us. We asked ******, our sales person, if vehicle had any issues and if their vehicles get a thorough check for issues.we were told YES they get checked and NO this vehicle has no issues. I guess I didn't expect anything less as buying a used vehicle. We do take some responsibility for not looking through all of his reviews through different sites as they are horrendous. We asked if he would buy the vehicle back for $500 less than what we paid and he said NO. *** is one of the owners and so disrespectful and rude in every way and said he deals with a lot of customers who dont know what they are talking about. I'm not sure how he is still in business.he is an absolute A** We opted to take the $1000.00 and to my surprise he actually sent it.

Purchased a used truck from VIP Auto, had a coolant leak driving home from their location. Took it to a Diesel Mechanic shop and came out with 16k+ to get repairs. Main repair was the head gaskets. The **************** I paid for and was provided was a joke also and only paid 4k of total. Went back to VIP with itemized receipt and got tossed around with the manager *** and sales *****************. Didnt even offer a cent or even an apology because we didnt take it to their shop

I would be very careful if you plan to buy a car here.My experience with vip was about a silver 2011 ram Laramie 1500. The truck had a check engine light on it. *** said they would fix it. I showed up two days later and they said they wouldn't fix it unless I bought the truck first. This is a violation of Washington law, as I now understand it, to sell a truck in the condition it was in. After I refused they said they would see if they could get the truck fixed. I had put money down on the truck because they said they would fix the issue. I found out that the truck has been previously diagnosed with lifter problems and a mechanic had noted that it likely needed a new cam shaft. Of the two diagnoses the last one was at a dealership just prior to it going to auction where vip auto bought it. This was all discussed with vip. The day my down payment expired they said the fixed the issue by replacing the sensor. They then provided a picture via text of a ******** auto parts receipt for a camshaft sensor signed by the mechanic in a black sharpie. No record of what was checked prior to replacing the sensor. No mention of checking the lifters for problems. They refused to refund my deposit-- which the attorney generals office says is a violation of **************** law.Originally they said the deposit was a non-refundable 'hold' and that 'hold' would be applied to the purchase price of the truck. But any money that is taken that is going to be applied the the purchase of a vehicle is a deposit regardless of how it's worded to try and circumvent the law.I looked up two other trucks while I was looking into the issues with the truck I was interested in. Both had problems with their mechanical service history record. My impression of this dealership is that they buy the cheapest cars and trucks they can, patch then together, try to make sure their customer buys an extended warranty (another story) and then hope the warranty covers the issues they know the vehicle has.

My son bought a truck and 9 days later had to have it towed into the Repair shop. He was quoted over $15,000 to have it fixed. They will not return his calls. Absolutely awful place.

Super shady business embodying the reputation of the sleazy used car salesman. I purchased a RAV4 in November 2023. After signing my paperwork but before even driving off the lot the check engine light came on (I literally hadn't even got in the driver's seat yet.) They "checked" and claimed it was an O2 sensor. We asked them to fix this since I hadn't driven it yet, and they said, I'd already signed the paperwork and basically they couldn't help. They claimed "it's an easy fix" and the sales guy said he'd text me to make sure I didn't have any problems. He never did. I later found out that in WA they are actually legally obligated in those circumstances TO FIX it and claiming they couldn't fix it was not valid. But I didn't know so I reluctantly drove it home. Less than **** miles into owning the car the alternator died leaving me stranded. The power steering fluid was also empty. My mechanic noted that the alternator had previously had work done and so there was damage on that side of the car where someone had done a hack job "fixing" it. This resulted in me having to purchase a second part that had been bent by the previous DIY botch. Additionally, the mechanic who fixed my alternator said the dealer would definitely have known about this when they sold it to me, and also, it may have been why my check engine light was on (seeing it's since gone off and I haven't touched the O2 sensor.) I'm not widely knowledgeable about cars and depend on people to be honest and upfront about what they're selling; I knew I was buying an older car, but Valley VIP auto Sales was neither honest nor upfront. It's obvious to me now they reset the check engine light before my test driving, and knowingly sold me a car with a bad alternator. Also they knew that I needed to drive the car 200+ miles home with that alternator. In my opinion, they demonstrated exceptionally unethical behavior. There's lots of lovely places to find a car; this is not that place. Avoid.

DIRTY OIL, BURNT OUT HEADLIGHTS RUSTING OUT TRUCK. Do not even go to this lot. I bought a 2014 F-150 with 135K miles on it. The truck ran and drove great. Not long after I got it home the check engine light came on. I hooked up my code reader the code could be multiple things I started with the easiest an oil change. That was the dirtiest oil I have ever seen. I never knew that could cause a check engine light. The next morning, I went two drive it does work and no headlights both bulbs were burnt out. I thought the truck was just loud, then I noticed a two-inch gap in the exhaust. When I looked at the truck me and my dad thought the rubber undercoating was a good thing. Then when I took it to a mechanic because of a clunking noise (broken sway bar links), I was told they just sprayed that on to up rust. All of the suspension was shot and a 9-year-old truck was rusting out. The mechanic recommended getting rid of the truck. I sold the truck to a car lot and lost around 8k.

We purchased a 2015 gmc ****** **** on a Saturday, by Tuesday it was at a local mechanic to see why the check engine light came on. I called the dealership left a message for our salesman and have heard nothing back. The truck needs a new oil pump, they had cleared the codes so no engine light would be on. We expressed how we needed something dependable to travel for sports and transporting our 3 kids around. They wont return calls or answer phones or emails. If the extended warranty company wont cover it we are looking at 5-6 grand to make it driveable again. Thank you valley vip sales, if I could give a 0 I would. Dont buy from them!
