I went in on September 2nd to have a pedicure and have my nails done. I had my nails done with a dip powder. On September 3rd all of my nails began to chip, bubble and/or was pulling off of my nail. I went in on the 7th to have them fixed and she fixed all of my nails because all of them had something wrong with them. The very next day on September 8th they once again were bubbling and half of one of my nails had completely came off. So I went back in on the 11th to ask for a refund, she stated they do not have a refund policy and do not do refunds because people don't have picture or video proof of the nail damage, as soon as she said this I showed her the pictures and videos I have of the damage of the nails. As soon as I did this she came up with excuse after excuse even going to say that they don't do refunds because people don't like their nails, which was not my issue. I loved the nails but did not want to continue going in to have to have them repaired them because of the damage to them. She eventually asked for my name and number and told me that a manager would call. I waited until today September 21st to call because nobody called. I spoke with someone and she would not tell me she was a manager and just asked what the issue was. I explained everything to her and she said we could give you a voucher to get your nails done again but no refund. I do not want to get my nails done there again because I do not want to have to deal with them chipping I would just like my money back for the nails.

On March 14, 2022 I had an appointment at this spa to get a full set of acrylic nails. Within less than 3 days, several nails popped off. I tried to reach this business via phone and several emails seeking to have my nails redone. They outright ignored all of my attempts to rectify this, so now I want a full refund of $60 for the nails and $20 for the tip I left.

On the 13th of March I went to have my hair done at 7 wonders salon, and showed Faith (the stylist) the picture attached with the white tips, and told her I wanted an ombre with the 4 colors. I was ESPECIALLY excited about the white tips. Only the bottom third or so of my head would have needed to be bleached. She bleached all my hair up to about 3 inches from the roots. When she was done I told her I didn't like it, I told her it wasn't what I wanted, and she said to go home and get used to it for awhile. She said that the white tips would show up after a few washes and if I still didn't like it, I could call and she would fix it. After going to work and being encouraged to call and complain, I did. The manager I spoke to, I believe was ***, seemed like she was going to help me get it fixed, as I told her it looks like I bleached my hair and the roots grew out, no one would want that. After a bit she called back to say they won't fix it. She told me Faith had said that the picture I showed her of I wanted wasn't the same picture, she absolutely lied. At this point I am extremely upset with this ******** felt bad for complaining, but now that they've lied, treated me poorly after spending over $400, refuse to fix the mess they made, and state that I asked for a style that looks completely tacky and outgrown, I do not trust them to fix it. I want a refund so I can go somewhere else and have it fixed, and an apology for the poor treatment and lying. I have attached pictures of the terrible dye job, no one would ask for.
