Our ice maker broke and we had Jeffreys Appliance come to fix it. One of the wires was bad and we needed a new ice maker. The technician who installed it, did so incorrectly and did not reinstall the capacity indicator. He ice maker kept making ice until it was overflowing. When I called to get someone out to help, the person on the phone was very short and sounded annoyed to take my call. When I advised I wanted a new technician (the original tech wrote my credit card number down in a notebook, stating his phone died) she was again short and not at all concerned he wrote down my credit card number. I would not recommend Jeffreys Appliance.

We don't condone collecting credit card information and have a zero tolerance policy on this matter. We also apologize for not accurately and completely finishing the repair on your ice maker. *******'s used to be prompt, polite, and I have referred them to others in the distant past. My recent encounter with them resulted in calling a different company. *******'s came out to assess a problem with my dryer. They did not have parts for it on the truck which could be understandable .. but this is what they specialize in and it sounds like they have stopped carrying parts even for common makes, models, problems. They have to order and then schedule to come back. All that could be fine if the appliance is expendable for a couple of weeks. However, the woman who was scheduling the re-visit was so rude that I ended up calling another company. Coincidentally they were in my neighborhood, came to my house the same day, had the parts on the truck and repaired it for less that *******'s estimate. Occasionally things happen but it is my opinion that *******'s needs to reassess the way they are handling the business and their customer **********************/scheduling personnel. To add insult to injury I received a bill from them for $99.14 for the unproductive assessment/estimate visit.Review from Carlos G

My fridgerator frozen area was leaked and dishwasher machine doesn't work well, I call this company,first time there are two guy come here( teacher and student), teacher technician cheat me ,he said if I need repair dishwasher machine,I need pay for 5000-6000 dollars, let me get shocked. I doubt it some times, they charge me two service total ***** dollars, about 90 days warranty,no any receipt .after another technician help me replace two machine part 2 day, I find my refrigerator ice maker and water doesn't work because they replace new part(before that ice maker works too much , now almost no ice), so I call this company, but front desk tell me this is a different problem,so they couldn't provide free diagnostic service (don't want send anyone come here to look at it, if it is ,need pay 100 diagnostics fee,My God! This company no any basic honesty, I am very regret to choose this bad service, because they replace part ,only care no leaking and don't care new problems cause by this replacement,Chao TMD trash company!!!)Jeffrey's Appliance Service, Inc. We apologize for the miscommunication. We would never charge 5000-6000 for a single repair. Upon reviewing your billing. You were charged $335.43 for the refrigerator and the dishwasher was $406.71 plus tax and a 1% credit card for a grand total of $808.19. We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity and transparency with our customers. I have spoken to both the technicians that were in your home. They corrected you several times on the amount of the repair. In the future, If you feel that we are not providing accurate information or service please feel free to ask to speak to a manager. The service we've received from the scheduling and service technicians from ********* has been excellent. Our new fridge has been struggling from day one with temperature control, often times freezing food in the refrigerator compartment. ****, ****** and ****** have been relentless at changing out the control unit and hopefully finally have it figured out that the wrong part was installed at the factory. Subsequent service calls have been on them, which we appreciate.****, ****** and ****** were all prompt, skilled, friendly, courteous and put on shoe covers to keep our floors clean. We highly recommend *******'s for your appliance repair needs.
