My wife and I purchased a home in late October of 2021. The selling realtor had a termite inspection completed on 9-21-21, in which the house passed inspection, stating there were no termites present. As we began renovations in the basement, we discovered live termites in late February of 2022, which we self treated. 5-1-22, we discovered more live termites, this time in a living area. I reached out to the realtor to obtain the original invoice for the initial inspection, and reached out to Patriot Pest Control Solutions. We set up an appointment for 5-9-22 for the owner, *********************, to perform an inspection. He was a no-call, no-show, the next day he called me and informed me the tech that had done our initial inspection had quit and was behind schedule. He showed up roughly 8 PM on 5-11-22 to complete the inspection. He informed us that we had an infestation that they missed, and they would not be honoring their guarantee. He said he was cutting us a deal, and only charging us "$1,220". We scheduled a treatment date for 5-24-22. They were also a no-call, no-show for that appointment, calling us 5 hours later after we reached out to inform us the entire staff was out with *****, a reschedule would be coming. We never heard back until 6-22-22 and Service was "completed" 6-24-22. He called me to tell me him and the other two guys there used 35 gallons of product and they were able to complete the service quickly, a spray and "drill and fill" in less than two hours. His invoice shows they arrived at 9:21 AM and Left at 11:09 AM. We called him later to discuss we saw on our security footage he arrived at 9:22 AM and departing at 10:05 AM. He stated that he already fired the reps that worked on our property, (he performed the service), offered us a full refund in no more than 30 days and stated he would have another company complete the service should they come back. We have had one interaction since where he accused my wife of harassment for checking on the status.
