I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee about 2 months ago from ***** Auto Credit. This has been the worst experience ever. When I bought the vehicle they never detailed the vehicle it was very dirty on the inside, but I decided to buy it because they promised to detail it at a later time, which they never did. I had it for about a week and had to take it back to them to get the brakes fixed. The brake pads were completely gone and it was grinding metal on metal. So they obviously never gave it a good inspection before they sold it to me. Luckily I bought a warranty with the vehicle because I'm sure I would have had to pay to get the brakes fixed if I didn't have a warranty. So I got the car back after they fixed my brakes and only drove it for 3 more days before it the engine started over heating and it wasn't shifting right. So I had to take it back to them and they said it had a blown head gasket. I hadn't had the vehicle for 2 weeks before all this happened. It took them forever to diagnose the problem and they eventually told me that I was going to have to replace the whole motor because it was ruined. Thank goodness I bought that warranty because the warranty was going to pay for them to put a new motor in it. They have had my vehicle for over a month now and I still have not gotten it back. It has been a huge inconvenience not having a vehicle. I have had to pay over 500 dollars in taxi and **** rides to be able to get to work every day. They did not give me rental vehicle to use while they have had my car all his time. Every time I call them to ask about my vehicle they are very rude and have even hung up on me a couple of times. There managers there are a joke and have no customer service skills at all. ************************ isn't any better either. I still don't know when I'm going to get my vehicle back and this whole experience has been a complete nightmare! I would definitely reconsider your options if your thinking about buying a vehicle from them.

If I could give less I would. Helped my dad by putting $500 down which we were told we didn't need, before we got there. They lied and later told us we needed it. So I helped my dad and we got a s***** a** truck with a $369 monthly payment.. it barely started. We had trouble even starting it, it was filthy inside, and the dealer ***** was what I imagine a troll is.. he waited until 4 hours to show us the vehicle we were buying, and then we ended up being there another 2 hours. He is a snake. He lied and tried to do all sorts of weird things. He waited until our insurance was closed and then without consent put it on our insurance. And then we got home and the truck was even worse. We brought it back and are waiting for the refund, but I doubt we will get it. So they stole $500 from a 17 year old. Just a heads up. Don't ever buy from these scummy low life pieces of s*** Have a nice day :)

Was sold a total lemon of a car with various issues, they lied about what engine it had, and I learned from the mechanic that the codes it was throwing after I got it had been cleared several times before purchase so they knew about the issues beforehand. When I came to them about the first problem (about an $80 part and an hour of work) they "fixed" it but it was back to doing the same thing 30 minutes later. When I told them about the other issues they said I would have to pay full price to fix the car. It shouldn't have had these issues in the first place but instead they hid them until they could pass the problem onto someone else. The only reason I didn't return it in the 3-day window is because they said they'd fix it now they'll only treat it as a trade in for less than half what I paid for it.

This place needs to be shut down , I have them a perfectly fine *** and they give me a s*** box in return , rude to me when I seek help in fixing the s*** box , hanging up on me , laughing at me ,etc . I finally stand my ground and stop taking their disrespect and they find a way to make it so I look like the bad guy and now I cant even show it up there because they got scared over the reaction I gave them from blatant disrespect in every instance I was speaking with them. I am 20 years old with a newborn baby and you guys totally screwed me over . Genuinely acted like you were trying to help me . **** the particular salesman is so morally wrong , say there and bonded with me , heard my story and swore you were helping me out and Ive dealt with nothing but stress since I came and traded my car with you guys , I will be proceeding with a lawyer since you guys cant seem to make morally right choices , DONT EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE THEY WILL S**** YOU OVER NO MATTER YOUR SITUATION

Bought a vehicle there years ago the engine ended up being bad a month after I bought it .. everyone I know whos bought from them say the same thing they are scammers and shouldnt be in business.. f*** auto credit period

They ripped me off. We're suppose to fix my rack and pinion had my car for 2 weeks and it's still leaking power steering fluid

Do NOT buy a vehicle here. We purchased a vehicle in June for $10,000. Come to find out, the thing needed a new engine and transmission rebuild. Had to get rid of it 3 months later and lost over half of what we paid. They sell garbage and they know it.
