I contacted this company to come look at my washer and dryer. I showed the technician where the machines were and he said give him 15 minutes, which I assumed would be for him to assess the damage and provide a quote for the work done. He never provided a quote or asked if I would like to pay for further services. He could speak very little English so he uses ****** translate. He told me he fixed the belt on my dryer and he couldn't clearly tell me what he did to the washer. He then tells me I owe $530 if I will pay in cash to avoid taxes and that he will not provide an invoice. I tried to explain that I didn't approve him to do the work and he never gave me an estimate of the charges. He said I must pay and that he could follow me to an ATM. I was home with my children and that scared me. I told him I could pay over the phone with my debit card so that I could get an itemized receipt. I paid through an app but he didn't leave an invoice or any paperwork to show what he had done. After he left we called the business number to ask for an itemized receipt. They sent us an email with one line that had the total. We have reached out to the company but they will not resolve the situation. The technician did offer through text to come back and fix the washing machine that he said was fixed but doesn't work. I do not feel comfortable letting him back into my home. He will not refund my money.
