I inherited my grandfathers **** ***** 245 wagon that was in exception condition. I hire west coast auto transport to deliver car from *********** to Washington st. *********** stated the company was insured against damages. When the car was dropped off on Feb 6th the windshield was split with a crack. *** made numerous attempts to contact the company via phone and email to file a claim with no response. The vehicle was already repaired as I could not legally drive the car with the obstruction. The repair cost $452.00. I need to be reimbursed immediatelyInitial Complaint

My care, a 2018 ********** 6 (Washington License plate *******, VIN# *********************************** was picked up from *************************** to be shipped to ********* ******** by West Coast Auto Transport. It has now been almost a month with no car. I had started calling and e-mailing almost every day starting April 4th, after it was not delivered when we were told it would (around April 8th or 9th). No one has called me back, no one has reached out about a delay and I still have no car! I'm guessing it is now lost or stolen by them? I would like to know!
