I used the bail bonds company to bail my husband out of jail we use our *** is collateral about a week later my husband was arrested again and the bail was exonerated by the court I immediately contacted them moments after my my husband was arrested I stayed in contact trying to get them to repost his bond they kept blowing me off for a week I finally went through another **** company to bail him out again on different charges he didn't have to be bailed out again on that charge it was exonerated done all the sudden the **** company started saying I owed him $250 they kept sending letters and I kept telling them there's no way I paid to bail him out he was bonded out a week later he went back in the **** was exonerated it was over I didn't know what should perform should I if I had to give them another ***** well now they have came and took my *** I've already given him 700 extra dollars and now they're they came and took it again and now they're trying to get me to pay them $900 more dollars and no way shape or form do I owe them anything I pay them to do their service their service was done within a week they won't reason they won't talk to me they just keep demanding more and more money and now they're withholding my *** saying if I don't give him 890 days dollars Within 30 days they're keeping it this is all been within a couple months I don't know what to do to get my *** back from these people I don't feel it's right that they keep extorting money from me nowhere in the contract or any paper did I sign did I ever agree to pay them any more money especially if he was if the bail was exonerated that's not how it works but now that he has a title in my *** he refuses to even getting my stuff back and not only are they trying to get money out of me they're trying to get money out of the two other co-signers that sign for his bond this same amount from everybody that's like triple jeopardyBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
This is response to complaint ******** filed by ****************.
This complaint has no basis, **************** has no legal right to the vehicle she has alleged we took, she is not a registered owner of the vehicle and therefore has no rights to the vehicle.

I'm responding to ******* ********** my name is ************************* wrote about all City Bail Bonds they're lying when me and ***** went down and signed the ******************* signed the title over to me with a bill of sale they are well aware of that not only that ***** will also verify they they didn't have the right to do any of this that he'll also verify that he sold me the van and if that's not good enough it doesn't matter it whether it's me or ***** who owns it the reality is they took the van without any legal right he did his part of the bond I paid my part of the bond to them then they got extra money out of me when they took the van the first time and now they're trying to extort another thousand dollars out of me which none of this should have happened in the first place you signed a bond you pay them the money the people who go to court they go to jail regardless he didn't run he didn't do any of that so they should not be allowed to keep coming after me for more and more money and taking my van and me not being able to fight back without them taking it they had no legal right to that van no money was owed to them when ***** went to jail I contacted them they didn't have to go research it or nothing else I contacted them immediately their feelings are hurt because for a week I try to get them to read **** my husband out and they kept blowing me off so after a week I went to a different bail bond company what else was I supposed to do they kept putting me off but at that point that bond that they were on was done and over with I had no legal obligation to use them again nor did I have any Financial Obligations to them so what right do they have to take my van and keep getting more and more money out of me they've already gotten the bond amount thank you I'm sorry it took so long to respond I just now got this message from you guys
