Paid $318 for my two daughters to attend a volleyball, soccer, and basketball sports camp. The camp was set to run 6/27-7/1. The week before the camp, I was notified via email it was cancelled. When asked for a refund, the camp was suddenly relocated. The owner stated it was the same camp but in actuality it was a boys sports camp- baseball, football, and soccer. Owner (Ally ****) refuses to refund our money.Business response

You were registered through Activity Hero for our Multi-Sport Camp. We don't, nor ever have referenced Volleyball as part of our Multi-Sports camp. The daughters of this parent were transferred from a Multi-Sport camp in ************* that didn't quite hit minimum numbers, to a different multisport camp in ************* (through a different partner) that was running as planned. A cancellation email was accidentally sent, which was quickly rescinded with the updated new location. After sharing the updated location, the parent's response was "Perfect! Thank you!! Look forward to next week".
The new camp had exactly the same sports as the camp that was cancelled. The camp was not geared towards one gender and was predominantly younger kids, 5 and 6-year-olds, similar to the children from this family.
The parent asked for a refund after the kids attended the first day, after receiving shirts. We would have been happy to give a credit through the hosting organization's system.

We take pride in being able to offer all our camps to both boys & girls. The Multi-Sport camp registered provided a great introduction / next steps in 3 different sports as was detailed/shared in all our registration information. As the owner, I also took my (often shy) daughter to this camp, and she definitely enjoyed it despite it being a majority of boys in this particular camp! With our focus on important life skills such as teamwork, respect and inclusion we're able to accommodate everyone who attends. Unfortunately we're not able to offer refunds in situations where a parent chooses to not bring their kids back, but I do hope you find what you're looking for!
