I paid Holy Cross Cemetery to finish an inscription on a family marker back in October 2020 and was promised that it would be completed by spring 2021 due to winter coming. When I traveled up to ******* in August 2021, I was shocked to find out that NOTHING had been completed which has made me furious!!! How many others are out there like me who have paid them yet have received NOTHING??!! I've called and left several messages and still no communication back or proof that the job has been completed. Being from out of state, I feel like I've been taken advantage of and not taken seriously. Please help investigate this problem. Thank you.Business response
