  I signed up with Spokane Matchmakers in 2017 and paid them roughly $5000 for a year. I also referred a friend and was given two extra referral dates which would be eight altogether. I put my account on hold shortly after I joined because of health issues but in early 2020 I did go on one date which did not work out. After ***** and my sister became seriously ill in ******, I traveled over there and stayed for almost a year. I put my account on hold again, and when I returned, I tried to reopen my account but I have been ghosted by Spokane Matchmakers. They wont respond to me they wont answer my emails. Its really ridiculous. There was never a time limit on this membership.

  January 15, 2019 I signed up and paid Spokane Matchmakers $6,995.00. Spokane Matchmakers was to provide me with 12 referrals from time to time over the course of this Agreement. Since 2019 there has ONLY been five total referrals of the twelve per contract, as follows:02/04/19 1st - *** 04/04/19 2nd - ***** 06/05/19 3rd - ****** 02/18/20 4th - ****** 06/03/20 5th - Bill ***** have been NO other referrals since 2020. I PAID in FULL $6,995.00 and have an additional 7 referrals DUE ME! ***** have ONLY been an occasional telephone call from the Spokane Matchmakers staff advising me they are STILL trying to find a match for me. The last contact I have had with Spokane Matchmakers was December, 2021 where they requested an UPDATED photo. However, NO other referrals and/or contact since.

  "On January 15, 2019, I signed up fo your services. Since then I have been introduced to 5 individuals out of 12 I was REQUIRED to meet. The 1st individual, (02/04/19) *** was definitely NOT a match for me. First impression, doesn't want to follow the rules and sent me a selfie, rents his home and has a 12 & 15 year old boys. He was late, wearing suspenders and during our conversation I learned that he uses a ******, at home, and a electric scooter (provided by the grocery stores) when shopping. The next three individuals, (04/04/19) *****; (06/05/19) ******; (2/18/20) one wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise during our conversation. He liked to talk ONLY about him and his family and wasn't interested in getting to know me. Another, had either been arrested, imprison or had family imprison (I can't remember exactly). I believe it was the last individual that a friend of mine has met via Spokane Matchmakers and he was too short for her. For me he wasn't clean cut and he looked "scruffy". On 06/03/20 I spoke at length with individual ****. We had good conversation and I was extremely excited to meet him. However, when I mentioned to him I had 2 cats, he informed me that he was "deathly allergic" and that basically ended that relationship. 

  Over the past 38 months (since 01/15/19) I have averaged meeting 1 person a year and have been paying approximately $184.08/month for Spokane Matchmakers services. Occasionally, I will get a courtesy call from one of your staff saying Spokane Matchmaker's are continuing to search for a match for me. I think it's unreasonable for me to continue to wait indefinitely for a compatible person through Spokane Matchmakers. I have been mislead by a presentation of a database full of potential candidates. Spokane Matchmakers has NOT met any of my expectations for a compatible person for me. There appears to be NO end date for Spokane Matchmakers to find me 7 or 8 potential men. I intend to pursue further action on this matter.

  I purchased an 8 matches package from Spokane Matchmaker in 2019. The first match was AWFUL- so awful in fact, they bonused me another match, so I was still at 8. (Think- I say I want to live in the country, have an active outdoor life, and marry a Christian **** and he was a morbidly obese diabetic who was apartment dweller collecting disability from a blood clot- with satan as a profile photo- and thats just the first part) I was not matched again until February 2022, as I put my account on hold during all of the Covid stuff- and- didnt find out until Feb ************************************************************************ well. I have not heard from them since. No return phone calls- no return emails- no new matches.$5,000 gone. One legit match in two and a half years- for $5,000. I might not care if that match had turned out to be a lifelong partner- but hes not really serious about dating at all.
