We have spoken to both Doctors several times in regards to our daughter treatment. We had expressed concern that one of the steps was pulling to hard because it was showing roots through the gums and also that they are doing the same thing over and over and there has been no change. I asked if they could look at going in another direction so that they could get this completed correctly and that we could get her out of braces. Or have them removed and go to another doctor that could do the job. After we spoke with the doctor he assured me that they could get the job done and have faith. Next thing I know they said she was done and removed the braces. When we took her into our denist they stated that her bite was not coming together. went back to them to be told wait six month it will fix itself. After 6 months per their request it was not fixed and they refused to call and get this settled. I will not take my daughter back because of the lack of proper care and want a partial refund ASAP since I have to take her back in.Business response

The letter from the BBB was received in our office on November 22, 2021. I personally received the letter today, December 8, 2021, after being out of the office since November 20, 2021. Dr. Elli:1gsen retired in June and is no longer in the office. I apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint.
Both Dr. Rick E******** and I have been aware of the concerns the ******** Family has expressed. We have not seen ****** since May 17, 2021 to monitor any changes in her occlusion or proceed with any further treatment that may be indicated.
Based on the complaint we understand that the ********s would prefer to seek treatment in another office. As a gesture of goodwill we will agree to a partial refund with completion of a signed release agreement.
