Often employee's work for free, abuses animal's and won't report to irs for your wages in which causes a stall in your tax return.

I adopted a Pit/Lab mix who had very little training. I couldnt take her anywhere because she pulled so hard and would be aggressive to other dogs. 8 weeks after doing the Board/Train package at K-9 *********** she is amazing!! She heels like a show dog and doesnt pay any attention to other dogs. A real ********* everywhere with me. Such a happy doggo!

It's very sad, having good employees but you let them go just because you want them to work for you if possible for free. My dogs loved to be there, but when it comes to cutting their hair they do a terrible job. Is to expensive place The only one I liked how she did her job was (*******? I think this is her name). The place is good and there are some good workers too, but looks like the manager is blind. It feels like he is satisfied that they do the job even if these workers do it poorly. And whoever does a good job, he fired them. This is the third time they have cut my dog's hair and left it a mess, because they go for what is easy so as not to work. They could have 5 good workers and pay them more, instead of having 5 extras who do a bad job.It is a very expensive place, for them not to do their job well, I want them to do a good job with my dogs ?? because no one gives me my money, to pay for a bad job.Is the people, not the place.I took my dogs ?? to another place and the big one didn't even want to come in, but here at K9 he comes in supper happy. But with how much they charge, you kind of think about it, right?

Our standard poodle attended the daycare. Upon arriving home it was noticed he had a large puncture hole in his left shoulder area. The wound requires surgery to set a drainage tube and antibiotics. The vet informed us it was a picture wound from another dog. The facility took no responsibility. They did not investigate into the incident or contact us any further. They just went dark. Whatever aggressive dog bit ours is still at large attending there.

We had a difficult situation with a family member's pet who has behavioral issues because of previous abuse but was evacuated from his home due to the fires. **** created a safe place for him to board with very little notice until the evacuations were cleared. He obviously has a big heart for his community and ***************.

I worked for this business owner in the past. He didnt pay what he told me he would pay which was already below minimum wage. I quit because of the training tactics and care the dogs had. He breeds sick, unhealthy, starved dogs. Ex customers are constantly complaining of issues with their dogs that they spent ****** or more on. The K9 country club neglects, starves, and abuses the animals in their care. Some Staff are caring and try to help, but they are instructed to unethical and neglectful things often. Many dogs coming from their care have had to seek vet care afterwards. How they are still open is beyond me. The owner also owns I guard International and ************************ I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your training, breeding, buying, and other dog care!!!!

We started at K9 Country Club in their puppy obedience class. The instructor there was knowledgeable and we were happy with the progress our dog made in basic obedience. After the class was done we realized our dog was very leash reactive. After a lot of discussion and an evaluation with **** we decided to put him into the board and train program. While he was in their care we got very few updates, were unable to see him for the 5 weeks he was gone, and very disappointed with the end results. Upon examination at home our dog had puncture marks where the prong collar had broken the skin and he was bruised all around his neck. He whimpered and jerked away whenever we tried to get a closer look. They also gave him twice the amount of anxiety medication that we were giving him which left him unable to do much but nap all day. $7000 later he is still VERY leash reactive. I believe that **** has skills, in salesmanship especially, but not in training dogs that do not respond well to punishment/negative reinforcement. Be very careful and do your research before choosing K9 Country Club.

My german ******* recently completed the board and train program at K9 Country Club ********** and ***************** and and I am thrilled with the results. The facility is excellent with any service needed on site. I was given regular updates on training and progression throughout the training program. The trainers and staff took amazing care of my dog during his stay. The trainers did an excellent job of not only training my german *******, but also providing my son and I the knowledge to continue the training when we brought him home. I would absolutely recommend K9 Country Club. I can not thank them enough for the training and services provided.

I bring my Aussie puppy here for daycare quite often and he has gotten a bit of training here as well, and he always comes back happy, healthy, and tired. He is a very well-behaved puppy, and I attribute that to the care he receives when he is here. The employees here are all very friendly and they care about the animals that come through the doors of K9. Secondly, my mother has brought and still brings not only her two puppies here for daycare and training, but she also brings her adult Rottie here for training and the training that she has received has changed her adult dog for the better. She was incredibly reactive and aggressive when she came here for her initial board and train, and with consistency and the amazing trainers here, she has become an almost perfect dog. Her puppies that have been coming here since they could are also very well behaved, and just like my pup, they are always happy, healthy, and tired when we pick them up at the end of a day here. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone, and I can't sing enough praises of them! They are definitely the best, and your dog will thank you for bringing them here.
