On or about March 24, 2022 I had called to have my sewer snake and talked to the lady that answers the phone. She was able to have someone come that day due to water backing up in my basement. I asked for my sewer to be snaked and she told me she would have a senior plumber come to my house. When the plumber came he had only been working for 6 months. I let him do the work to give him a chance to learn. Well he came to the conclusion that the clean out needed to be snaked instead and he did so for a fee of $143.55. Then on or around March 31; 6 days later same problem; water backing up in the basement. So I called again they came out same day and they told me the same employee would be out to look at it and I declined him and asked for a senior plumber and he came and did what I asked for the first time I called and I was charged again but $256.22 for that call and that is was i wanted the first visit. I called again and *****, a manager called me and he during the call said he would give me credit toward another service I needed and I said no that I would like the first visit refund he said he would. He also had the original plumber call me. I felt like they blew this all out of proportion and blamed me with multiple calls to me? I never once said it was the new guys fault he was very nice as well as the senior plumber that came. I just wanted $143.55 returned to my card for not getting what I ordered for my first visit which was my sewer snaked and the senior plumber the lady said she would send.On 4-14-2022 I sent an email asking if ***** had refunded to my card yet with no response or call.Business response
