I had originally signed up for services. Had to change my appointment due to unforseen issues. After changing appointments we rescehduled for Thursday, 8/3/2023. After setting this up, ******* proclaimed I would need to pay for services in full before the time of my appointment. As a REGULAR client, I know her well enough to know I didn't want to do that. On multiple occasions, she has canceled on me 10 minutes prior to my appointment, or right as I'm pulling in the lot, even No Showed me "forgetting" my appointment. On the Tuesday before my appointment, I let her know I would not be taking my appointment. Mainly, because she is known to take deposit or be paid in full and miraculously she is unable to take the appointment or ghosts her clients (including under her former business Lashes by ****). Please note her cancelation policy is to cancel 24 hours in advance or must pay full price of service ( took screenshot on 8/3 with a timestamp for proof). ******* charged my credit card for $465.75 on 8/3/2023 due what she stated is a 48 hour pay in full cancelation policy. I have been putting in disputes with my credit card company and her credit card processor Gloss Genius. All I want is my money back for services, I never received from her. This is my effort to receive my money or I will be taking legal action against Skin Savvy Spokane.Initial Complaint

This company refuses to offer me services that. I prepaid for for and refused to send **** my deposit when I return my room back to the original state.
