Sold the business and does not stand behind product ****************** it was not installed correctly and has had problems has only been used in the winter so its only been used 6 or 7 months I believe it should come under the lemon law it has been a headache!!!Customer response

Thank you for addressing my complaint to Rod Morris Heating and Air conditioning. The company has paid for the completion of The work to fix our gas stove/fireplace. That work was completed this month. Thank you so much for helping us resolve this matter. We appreciate your service.

04/11/23 .$5941.16 .two days of labor charge. that charge is $1929.00. we paid in full and got no services for day two. .they were here 3 hours and **** told us" we will knock this out in one day". And they did that. but still charged .fireplace center has not tried to resolve the issue..I have an invoice for services rendered but no number. We had our furnace and AC replaced by this company, on the second day they were replacing our furnace and our ** detector started to go off, they took it off the wall and turned it off and didnt tell us. Our second ** detector continuously went off and they assured us there was no gas leak or ** in the air. We called the fire department and they had us evacuate our house due to dangerous ** levels.Customer response
