      I checked in 8/31/23 and paid for (2) nights with a complimentary upgrade. My total was $382 plus the separate incidental hold of $100. On the 2nd, I paid $194, on the 3rd, $249 and on the 4th $501 for an additional (2nights) checking out on the 6th. I had an emergency and had to extend and paid for an additional night for $249 for the 6th. In addition is a $251 charge posting on the 5th. On the 4th a separate card was used to (pay) for (2) nights. It was supposed to be for the 4th-6th of Sept. Upon finding the (folio) in the truck of the person paying for the additional 2 nights. I found a discrepancy. My card was charged, it reflected the $382 from my original check-in. I immediately called the front desk and also went to the lobby to inquire. I was told that I can not be given nor is it possible to print an accurate receipt reflecting the card that should have been charged. When asking the desk staff concierge I was told it was charged to the other card only after being told it was charged to the card on the folio. The reason given for a in-accurate folio, and no receipt is this. Stated they cant split a receipt stay: They are not able to show a receipt with his charge as stated because I have this card on file. I later contacted the financial institution and they confirmed the charges. I called the hotel and they confirmed that indeed the charges matched what I feared. Although I agreed on the phone the charges matched the statement, it doesnt add up to being correct and accurate nor professional. At any time while staying at the ***** I am able to get a updated receipt, ledger/folio or both/all. Even switching cards. No receipt I find hard to believe in a place of business. Not to mention giving the person paying a folio with my address, last 4 of card which he didnt have prior. He should of only been given a receipt for his information ONLY!!! I had stated that checking in. Being woken up constantly by housekeeping, no privacy to relax/rest. Comfy beds ***

      On June 16, 2023, we spent the night at Oxford Suites in *******, **. We had booked through Expedia Travel. Our itinerary number was **************. We spent the night there for a total of $273.18. I complained to the front desk several times about the noise in our room. We couldn't sleep. They told us that it was in the design of the building and nothing could be done about it. The elevators were making the noise and our room was right next to them. For the amount of money we spent, I wanted either a refund or another room. I was denied both. There were no more rooms and we were told that they refused to give us a refund. I wrote their corporation twice since we spent the night there but I never heard back from them. I feel that we are owed a refund for all of the problems we've had there and since. **************************************
