literal thieves. I called and was quoted $80 to unlock my apartment door ***. $50 to show $30 to unlock the ***. I had another quote for $100 that would've been there sooner however I don't have a lot of money so decided to wait in the cold for 45 minutes to save the $20. The guy showed up and did it in like 2 seconds. I gave him my card to pay (there was a language barrier and when he took my card he said the charge very quietly so it was hard to understand what he was charging me. I'm fairly certain he was doing this on purpose to charge me more.) then he charges me $180. I explained to him that I was quoted $80 and could not afford the $180 plus i already had another quote for $100 so why would i pay more and wait longer? He agreed it didn't make sense and there must have been a mistake and said he'd call the office and have them refund the $100... He never did. I called them 4 times trying to get my money that they stole from me, each time talking to a different random customer service rep. **** all told me the same thing, "we will send a message to the management team and have them call you to discuss this. Even when I insisted to speak to a manager then, they would not let me. Stating that there were none in at the moment. Anyone whose ever been in an office knows that either they are lying to me or their managers are extremely unprofessional. It has been about 2 weeks and I still have gotten no phone calls or emails about this. At this point I have excepted that they stole my money and I wont be getting it back. I will never be giving them my business or recommendations again and Highly advise that you avoid this business at all costs.
