The UPS Store discontinued 24/7 access to mailboxes with no notification/notice. Considering the price I am charged for my business mailing (I paid $312 for 12 months), it seems ridiculous to now also have to pick up mail only during their business hours. I am already looking for alternatives, but feel slighted by paying for one year to have *********** and now it's only 8-6 M-F (and shortened hours on the weekend).Business response

A letter was put in every box 1 month in advance to the change of the 24 hours notification. The service was discontinued for safety purposes and the use of the 24 hour service was not used that frequently. We are open 7 days a week. Our hours are as follows. Mon-Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm - 5 pm.

I am a new seller on the **** platform and I sell vintage collectibles such as *****, silver and objects of value. I had my first **** sale of a 12 piece antique ***** set and was very nervous about the shipping process. I put the ***** set in a box and loosely wrapped it for transport purposes only to the UPS store. I showed the clerk the box and contents and asked if they could package it up for shipping appropriate for the items in the box. suggesting padding etc that would guarantee safe delivery. The clerk was most unhelpful and apathetic to every question I asked, such as "whatever you want" in regards to what box to ship it in and value of contents. I agreed upon ******************************************* for it and NOT the replacement cost witch is considerably higher. I concluded my transaction and she took the box and loosely wrapped ***** into the back where I assumed it would be bubble wrapped and shipping peanuts be added for cushioning. I had a very sinking feeling about the whole transaction but I thought this is *** they know what they are doing. My package arrived on Monday the 20th and it had been shipped as I dropped it off with no additional protection of padding or fill and no fragile markings on the package at all. My customer sent the pictures of the shattered set and was quite upset. I had to refund her completely immediately and have proceeded with my *** claim. I should have read the ****** reviews for this shipping location before I went there because they are so bad. I don't understand why they are operating a business that ships for commerce and they have such a complete lack of competence I seriously think she put a piece of tape on it and shipped it as is. This is an appalling business model and in my opinion they should not be allowed to conduct business for *** or anyone else Sincerely *************************** ********************** ************Business response
