Massage Envy continues to sell memberships but they can't accomodate the customers they already have. They only allow you to book out about 8 weeks. Most to all appointments are filled at all times which means that if you want an appointment, you have to schedule what you can get whether or not it's with a therapist you want or at a time that works for your schedule. At this point, I've accumulated many credits but I'm not even able to use my one appointment a month that I'm paying for due to the fact that I can't get anything scheduled. I've asked to put my membership on hold but they only offer two options. One hold is free but you can't use your membership at all. The other hold costs $20 a month but would allow me to use my accumulated credits. Why should I have to pay $20 a month to them in an attempt to try and use my credits when I can't get anything booked. I have a message out to the location directly and through the main company for a manager to contact me but no one has done so. I would like to get a credit for my accumulated credits and cancel my membership but I would settle for a free hold on my account that would allow me to use what I have already paid for.
