The management staff and security has threatened multiple tenants here. Using aggressive behavior in attempts to intimidate the he guests. It is super unprofessional and they do not abide by the rules they have set in placeBusiness response

Hello, at our local motel with the outside corridor we have set rules that are given to guests at check in. Such rules includes
No traffic issues-extra people
No smoking
No bikes in room
No late checkout
Guests are only kicked out if they don't follow the rules they signed up and agreed at check in. We have security on facility.
However this guest complaint with name is not a registered guest at motel. We DO NOT have this name registered in our system for any recent stays. With that being said if this is an extra person complaining that they were kicked out then at that point this complaint is sorted itself as this guest (*******) is not a motel guest.

Transaction dates was 3/20/2020 through 3/24/2020 contracted above commercial travel lodging doing business in Spokane WA known as the tiki lodge knowingly or unknowingly put me into a unit or a room that had pestilence known as the bed bug this contract was through frontier behavioral health to lodge crisis triage patients.after bed bug was noticed in the first room I informed the attendant which was a room downstairs then the attendant assured me that there wasn't and that he would give me another room he gave me a unit 216 or room 216 there I also noticed that there was the same hi ******* ********************* left the premises went to deaconess hospital after informing frontier behavior health of the condition that was unsafe during the pandemic due to the fact that pestilence could possibly carry the coronavirus not normally or unknowingly that was not established and that is why I would be suing this company for $10,000 and also the subsidies that was used for lodging me of a total of $455 to be returned back to forensic ****** program frontier behavioral health i swear by ****** this is true Adept *******(7069).M.M. I also informed the center of ******* Control of this incident i want the tiki lodge condemned.Business response

Tiki lodge LLC is not been in business since 2017.
Also frontier had brought no issue and room was inspected and nothing was found.
