My initial order was on November 2, 2023. I received a helmet honor about February 7, 2024. That was too small compared to the measurement spectrum that was offered through the order profile. I contacted the company and told them the helmet was too small they gave me this address listed on this complaint to send the helmet back which it was, it has been three months since I have something went back and have not received any further product from this company six months later from the initial order I have sent emails to discuss the problem. I have left negative feedback on social media only to be blocked on any social media account or like either the helmet or a refundBusiness response

*************************** received his X1-DOT helmet that he ordered, in the size he requested. He then needed a different size and our helmets are made to order, as stated on our website and with many emails back and forth with ********************. ******************** asked us to cancel his entire order and give him a full refund, which we did. We did not charge ******************** our 20% restocking fee that we charge because every helmet that is sent back to us has to be taken apart to verify and test, to be sure it was not dropped or damaged. What is the issue?
