Koohns Painting was hired to do a complete exterior paint job....the issue involves the trim of the roof fascia....he did not paint it pure white....he said it was not part of the original contract.Business response

I was contracted to paint the house. We painted the house with the same trim as before he didnt ask for the facia to be another color tell after the job was done . I told him if he wanted ia different color he should have told me at time of bid. The house has a amazing paint job and is 100% complete. If any other contractor sees this I highly recommend not working for this customer . He is a liar and makes things up trying to bully the contractor in to discounts. I charged him the original bid and after almost a month and a threat of lien and getting my lawyer involved I finally got full payment. I wish there was a BBB for horrible customers so we could put these sort of clients on the internet so all future contractors could be guarded from a****** like this client.
I have pictures of the home that show the facia was the body color and thats what we painted it .

This contractor is the bully...in this case.....calling me a liar and other insults. I never had a signed contract...and never received any contract with all
the terms. The contractor never mentioned the trim in any conversation or text...He was rude after I questioned him about the cost of the job....and
asking about the trim on the roof board.. A job not complete.
