      My son rented a duplex managed by 4degrees North in ******* ** June 2022. In the lease agreement was that snow removal was part of the services provided by the rental company. That did not happen throughout the winter and at time he was not even able to pull into his parking lot. I notified the company 4-5 times and nothing was ever done.The lease ends this month June 2023. I have left over 8 messages for a call back on the companies recording...there is no one to contact and not one call back. Finally an email that we were to have carpets cleaned and submit the receipt OR they would take that out of the deposit. We scheduled a carpet cleaning for today 6/20 and the company cancelled because 4degrees North has also scheduled a carpet cleaning and cleaning service to do the duplex. No one will return my calls so we are able to schedule this as it states in our lease and now it is looking like they will just be using our deposit to mark up the cost and not have to issue a return deposit.I am more than disappointed in the customer/tenant services or lack there of from 4degrees North. I would not recommend using them as a leasing company, buying a home from them with one of their agents or doing any business with them. There are several other reviews on the BBB site about them and they all have one thing in common, they are not for you and they do not deliver satisfactory service in ANY area of their expertise. Very unfortunate, shame on you 4degrees North!

      This property management company is charging me rates without prior permission and withholding my belongings. They are only giving me 30 days and the law is 45. I also love on the streets and can not afford $2300 and they know that. They are taking advantage of me

      you are openly taking advantage of a single homeless mom who can't afford to pay this amount. You need to give me a break down of charges before moving forward which you did not do and that is the law. Unfortunately I need to make any firture tenants and real estate buyers aware of a business that would pull a scam like this on a single mom. Please for the last time tell me where my belonging are and why the cost is so high

      f I could give 0 stars I would- *************************************** aka The Landing on Pines Honestly the worst apartment management company I've ever worked with.Nothing ever gets done or fixed. Office managers don't ever help. Leave messages to talk with higher *** only to never be called back or just shuffled from voicemail to voicemail.... Can't get things fixed in a timely manner. Would never recommend this rental agency to anyone ever...We are supposed to have a lock on the laundry/mail room door for securit. the doorknob has been missing for about a month now. They lied and said they put a few on and they were taken off by tenets but i can see the door from my apartment and walk past this door multiple times a day and They have not put a replacement on the door. and if someone is vandalizing the property you'd think they would want to find this person and evict them. Even though property vandalism happens daily here.... The apartment grounds are disgusting and full of trash, cigarette butts, rotting food, animal feces, discarded clothes, and stray cats. no one has picked up any trash since before the pandemic. it's all over the grounds/parking lots and blowing down into people patios. Our ***tairs neighbors have been breaking quiet hours for 2 years. We've called the police just for no one to show up and we've complained endlessly and have seen no resolution to this problem even now that the eviction moratorium is lifted. The cops are consistently here for domestic disturbances but even when I witnessed a 11 year old be hit and thrown onto the concrete steps- nothing was done to the perpetrating male who did it. And since then the cops have just stopped showing up when called because at this point we may as well have posted police officers around the property given how much awful shot happens here that 4degrees just doesn't care about and never takes seriously... SLUM LORDS THROUGH AND THROUGH. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY.Many lies- cant even get answ

      4Degrees refuses to evict tenets who constantly break noise ordinances and quiet hours. We have been harassed and tormented by our neighbors and the police has told us the only thing to do is contact your apartment managers to get them evicted. For the last 2 years we have lost sleep, been disrupted 24/7 365 days a year. Our neighbors are Loud, disruptive, rude and don’t care about anyone but themselves. Neighbors have vandalized property like locks on the laundry door that keeps our belongings safe. Now anyone can have access to our mailboxes and laundry because there is 0 security. We have tried and tried and tried to resolve these issues but 4degrees will not do what they need to go get rid of problematic tenets

      The duplex we are renting has been having off and on septic problems since we moved in over a year ago.Recently this problem has become worse over the past three months. In August we reached out for a maintenance request about the septic while not being able to use our toilets. This has gone on for THREE MONTHS. The plumbers have been out multiple times but the issue seems to never be fixed. Once the toilets stop flushing we are NEVER able to get ahold of anyone at 4 Degrees to request an emergency maintenance request. They take over 24 hours to get back to use about this issue every time it has happened. We have had to go multiple days at a time with out the use of our toilets / water. Whenever we call about this issue as it has happened multiple times over the past three months, no-one at 4 Degrees seems to know what is going on.

      Hi ****** - we have sent the plumber out to the property on every occasion and they have been able to resolve the issue, according to them. Please be sure to shoot us a message if the problem arises again. You can either submit a work order or call the office to get the issue resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
