      I joined the *** Arnold System last month. I have asked for a refund but told me I only had 3 days from purchase date to cancel the membership.Now being in the system I was not informed that they charge for any and every type of transactions, paperwork and property searches.I paid them over $7000. They did not disclose all the extra charges they charged using the system.I live on disability and I absolutely do not have the money to spend on all the extra charges within the program.I have requested a full refund and the are denying me a refund.Three days is not enough time to learn about all the extra charges.I was taking classes through them and the first one was three days long so I couldn't get in the system to know about the charges because they were showing how they system works but did not explain the fees in those classes.

      We are sorry for the confusion surrounding your investment.Our records show you invested in our Broker Certification Program on 9/12/2022 and requested a return within three days. You let us know you decided to retain the program and attended on 9/19/2022.  In addition, you invested in the Cash Flow Certification Program and SendFuse Software on 9/14/2022.  You attended the CashFlow Program starting on 10/03/2022. On 9/15/2022 you invested in the full Ultimate Broker and Wholesaling Package.  You paid $5400.00 on the $9997.00 package but was given full access to the programs including the software.  Due to an invoicing error, you were not given credit for your previous investments for a total of $3291.00 but this has since been rectified leaving a balance owed of $1306.00. Because of the invoicing error, we have adjusted off the remaining balance and you are now paid in full.

      You expressed concerns about additional costs you described as any and every type of transactions, paperwork and property searches  With our Dealio.pro software there are no additional costs for property searches. For our SendFuse software, as you were informed in a recorded Complaince call and in the Fulfillment Training Agreement that you signed on 9/20/2022, there is a $50 a month charge for 200 SendFuse Coins, which are used to create research reports, title reports, mailings and offer letters. With your package you received **** additional SendFuse coins for your use. We apologize for a delay in applying your **** additional coins and as a courtesy we will now provide you with an additional **** coins upon your next payment of the monthly SendFuse charge. Please contact our SendFuse and Dealio.pro support at ************.
      In your Complaince Call at point of purchase, and the Fulfillment Training Agreement that you signed on 9/20/2022, you acknowledged our return policy:

      Please understand that you may cancel this sale up until midnight of the third business day from
      enrollment, which begins today 9/15/2022.After the third business day all sales are final and there is a no refund policy in place. If you wish to cancel, you must do so by contacting ***********************. in writing either by emailing ************************************** or by mailing us a cancellation request to ***************************************************************************************. Please note that stand-alone and package orders of software licenses, including Dealio.pro,GeoBrander and SendFuse, are non-refundable.

      Since your request for return of the Ultimate Broker and Wholesaling Package was more than three days after the 9/15/2022 purchase date (10/13/2022) it was ineligible per the return policy you acknowledged at time of investment.

      We are anxious to get you moving forward with the *** Arnold System and your investment.  For that reason, we have adjusted off the balance owed, so your investment is now paid in full, and are ready to help you get started with Dealio.pro and SendFuse (including an additional **** coins) and making sure you have access to all your certification resources.       I am rejecting this response because:

      The *** Arnold system did not explain the $50 a month charge for sendfuse. They also didn't tell me that I would be charged for documents in the sendfuse account.

      It took me 3 weeks to get my coins after making several attemps to get them.

      so on top of the $50 a month charge and for about to purchase more coins I can not afford it. $250 per **** coins and that was a deal.

      I live on ssdi and can not afford that type of investment. 

      I am still requesting my $7997 be returned to me. Thats 3/4 of my income for the year.

      You are not eligible for return of $7997, since your request for return of the Ultimate Broker and Wholesaling Package was more than three days after the 9/15/2022 purchase date (10/13/2022) it was ineligible per the return policy you acknowledged at time of investment.

      For our SendFuse software, as you were informed in a recorded Complaince call and in the Fulfillment Training Agreement (that you signed on 9/20/2022,) there is a $50 a month charge for 200 SendFuse Coins,which are used to create research reports, title reports, mailings and offer letters.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I was not told that sendfuse required a$50 a payment when I signed up. Being on a fixed income i ca not afford it and they also did not explain the oricing information.They made a big talk about

       

      using the 3 tiered  offers, but I have no access to it, I'm sure they want more money for that.

      It costs about 60 coins to complete a transaction which doesn't give you much when they say they want you to send out 25 offers a month.

      According to their plan you need to send send out 25 offers a month. That is not possible with the amount of coins they give you.

      And with having no money 9n my end I can't afford to buy more.

      They claim to be a christian ******** so if that's true they need to refund my money.

      7998 is almost a years income for me.

      They absolutely left items out that cost you more money and am still requesting a refund
