Arrived at Jack in the box off pines in **************, ** at 9:51 p.m. since I am without a vehicle, I proceeded to enter dining room, as it is open until 10:00 pm.. I quickly found both doors to dining room were locked. I then walked to the through door to ask them to let me in and to inform them it is not 10:00 pm yet. The lady working drive through window would not even let me speak and was extremely rude. I do have a picture and a video supporting this but I can't upload it for some reason.Initial Complaint

On Nov 12 2023 around 7:20 AM I went to the Local Jack in the Box. I Ordered a burrito and was told to park out front. They brought out a bag, handed it to me, and quickly walked back inside. I received some type of pancake platter instead of what I ordered. The receipt shows they also charged the wrong item. I immediately brought it back (within 30 seconds of being handed the bag). I handed the cashier the incorrect food and the receipt and asked for it to be corrected. They said they had to take my phone number and could not resolve it without me getting a phone call back. I said I would take the right item with or without correcting the cost, or a refund. They declined. I asked for the corporate phone number, which they refused to provide. I asked for their first name so I could identify them when filing a complaint with the corporate office, which they refused to provide. They kept both the incorrect food, and the receipt, leaving me with no way to prove what had transpired. I called another store for the number, but was hung up on immediately. I found the corporate complaint number online, it said they were closed on the weekend and it automatically ended the call. I found *** completed an online complaint form. They emailed me back offering me coupons. Upset at my treatment, I called the complaint number on a weekday. They said I would get a call back within 72 hours. I have not heard back from anyone. At this point, I have been charged, received nothing, and been offered no real resolution to the issue.
