************************************* was hired on 9.27.22 to repair/reseal my elderly moms roof. We paid $9,973.50 (Invoice ****). Work began the week of October 10th, 2022. During the time of work, his employee "******" stepped wrong "where there was no rafter" falling into and cracking her ceiling. He said he fixed it right away. On October 15th I traveled from CA to my moms to care for her and check on the repair. I noticed it was not completed as the ceiling was sagging. I reached out to ******* to let him know it needed to be addressed. It appeared to me it was missing the reinforcement screws to hold the centers in place. He came by on October 18th to view it. He said he will take care of it. On the 19th I traveled back to CA and he said he would have it completed by Oct 21st. On 12/13 I traveled ************ for my mom and check on her home. I was shocked to find he had added screws, but they were not attached to/anchored to anything at all. The ceiling was still sagging. I called ******* right away asking for this to be corrected. He said he already did his job and that he was hired to coat the roof and that is done. I re-explained that his employee stepped wrong and the damage from that has not been corrected and must be properly repaired. We discussed it being completed after January 1st. On January 15th, I reached out again, he said he was out of town until 2/1. I have reached out two more times with no response. I feel he has taken advantage of an elderly woman and has not fixed the damage his employee caused. A repair person I recently spoke with has stated that the interior "rafters" were likely damaged during the fall and that they put up the ceiling without properly repairing those first which is why the ceiling is not anchoring properly. PLEASE help us.
