      Price gouging, inconsistent with prices and my animals are fearful of this establishment entirely. After writing a public ****** review detailing the issues on top of the issues with an invoice for a service we never received, they threatened a lawsuit for defamation. Do not bring your animals here. There's no reason my animals should be fearful of these people unless some sort of abuse was happening.

      This review is from a disgrun*led former clien* who fel* *hey were en*i*led *o special *rea*men* and when *ha* was no* gran*ed *hey became vengeful and alleged publically false informa*ion *ha* included criminal ac*ivi*y on *he par* of our business, so yes we le* *hem know *ha* alleging publically unfounded asser*ions any*hing illegal was occuring would warran* a response and we would le* our a**orney handle *ha*.  The bo**om line is ******************** is en*i*led, demanding and ou* for revenge. When *hey, he and his girlfriend, began coming *o our clinic our policies were clearly ou*lined and *erms of service were agreed *o wi*h a signa*ure.  When people are *rying so hard *o ge* in*o ve*erinary prac*ices for pe* care people like *his make i* hard for o*hers because *hey *ake up valuable appoin*men* *imes and wi*h no regard for anyone else no show or call and *ry *o arrive well af*er *he appoin*men* *ime, when *he ve* is wi*h someone else.  In *his si*ua*ion *his couple failed *o arrive no* once, no* *wice bu* 3 *imes for scheduled appoin*men*s. Our office has a solid sys*em for confirming and reminidng clien*s of appoin*men*s so *hey may cancel well in advance if necessary. ******************** falsifes informa*ion *o be vengeful bu* *he bo**om line is *he firs* *ime *hey missed *here was no fee or repurcussion, we unders*and *hings happen and *hey were reminded of *he policy. The second *ime *hey missed *hey were reminded *ha* *hey had *o pay a measly $10 no show fee and again *he escala*ing repercussions should *hey miss a *hird were relayed again, remember *his is explici*y wri**en ou* and signed upon coming *o our office so i* is known.  The *hird offense resul*ed in *he cos* of *he *ime *hey missed, *he value of *he exam.  These policies are in place because as a business we dedica*e *ime for people/pe*s and o*her people ge* *urned away if we are busy.  No shows cos* *he business money and more of *hem leads *o fee increases, which is hard enough on mos* people *hese days. Our office chooses *o charge *hese fees so o*her people don'* end up paying for someone elses inabili*y *o keep *heir commi*men*s.  There is no price gouging, animals are *rea*ed as if *hey are our own when here bu* yes ********* are nervous a* *he ve* i* can be a scary place.  The allega*ions his pe*s are so fearful because of us is frankly ridiculous. This is ************************ *hird a**emp* *o harrass and cyberbully our business because he failed *o honor his commi*men* *o *he appoin*men*s he se* up. In *o*al *ime *his was nearly 2 hours of our *eams *ime *hey was*ed *ha* could have been used *o help someone else. Combine *ha* wi*h *he *ime we have had *o was*e handling his onsalugh* of harassing phone calls and emails i*s probably well over 6 hours of our *ime. ******************** and his girlfriend were sen* several no*ices *o pay *heir balance and ignored every single one of *hem un*il he learned, af*er 90 days, his accoun* was going *o collec*ions, *hen suddenly he came ** wi*h every excuse in *he book *o make his failure *o adul* our problem.  When *ha* did no* work he resor*ed *o falcifiying fac*s and alleging illegal ac*iv*y *o slander and defame our business and *he hard working people here *o help animals. We have a zero *olerance for *his and we do no* back down *o bullies, which is wha* ******************** clearly is.  Ul*ima*ely he is angry because he fel* we should waive his fees and we said no. I* is in *he bes* in*eres* of all of our clien*s *ha* *his policy is in place so *ha* people don'* was*e anyones *ime, pe*s can be seen, our *eam s*ays on *ime *o honor our o*her clien*s appoin*men*s and  we can con*inue *o *ry *o keep our price increases *o a minimum.  ******************** pe*s were never fearful when wi*h us, never *rea*ed poorly and were never no* wi*h *hem when *hey were in our office. So every single *hing *heir pe*s ever experienced while under our care was under *heir direc* observa*ion and wi*h *heir permission, and *hey were loaded up wi*h *rea*s and pe*s and snuggles as we do wi*h all our pa*ien*s. Our office uses modern *echniques *o do all we can *o make pe*s as comfor*able as possible while in *he ve*erinary office and we never use any *ac*ic we would no* be wiling *o perform in fron* of a clien* or on our own pe*s. This is ano*her veiled a**emp* *o asser* we are abusing animals, wi*hou* saying i* direc*ly because he now knows *ha* has serious repurcussions because i*s a comple*e fabrica*ion.  ******************** is vengeful and angry *ha* he was no* given special priveldges he fel* he was en*il*ed *oo for no reason o*her *han his own infla*ed value of himself and his value *o o*hers.  We *rea* every one equally and apply *he same policies *o all our clien*s.  Clien*s like ******************** are fired from our prac*ice for *he be**er of all of our loyal dedica*ed and responsible clien*s. If we allow people like *his *o ge* *heir way *hey con*inue *o bully everyone in *heir lives and *hey do resul* in higher fees across *he board because *hey was*e *ime. These *ypes of folks also resul* in some folks having *o spend more money going *o an ** because we an*icipa*e *hese appoin*men*s and don' * have *he an*icipa*ed *ime *o help o*hers and have *o refer *hem. Then when *hey no show *ha* o*her person's walle* has been hi* harder by having *o go *he ** and *heir pe* has *o suffer, which is *he reali*y and why *his policy exis*s. Price gouging is a joke as well. ******************** had 3 pe*s in our office a* various *imes for exams, vaccines, heal*h concerns e*c in 2022 only spen* a whopping *o*al of $347.00 for all *hree of *hese pe*s and all *he care *hey recieved over *he en*ire course of *ha* year.  This year he brough* in *wo of *hose pe*s for mul*iple exams, vaccines and heal*h concerns and combined *hose *o*als were only abou* $230.  I don'* see how *ha*, in *his day in age, for *he level of care and *he amoun* of pe*s seen is viewed as price gouging anyone when many places are charging far more for wellness exams and vaccines alone. We don'* asser* *o be *he cheapes* game in *own bu* we provide *he highes* quali*y care *o our clien*s and our pa*ien*s and we do all of *ha* for much less *han mos* places *ha* are doing far less. We ask ******************** *o please s*op harassing and a**emp*ing *o cyberbully our s*aff and our business i*s *ime *o move on. #NOMV

      An examination prior to the dental cleaning gave a clean **** of health. The Dr. assured me the $190 fee for a basic cleaning after discussing my inability to pay a higher fee. Checked in at 7:30am 8-17-21 for the Dental Cleaning. I was told my dog needed x-rays and the additional fee followed by she needs blood work, then lab work which I responded that I only wanted the basic cleaning followed by a possible need for extra time that was additional fee. I was then offered a paper for my signature explaining my responsibility for all emergency, medications and time and that I would not be called to discuss options or procedures during my pet's procedure. I felt confident that I would not be given the price quoted to me and chose to leave. I received a statement for a no show/late fee. I called saying I had been in the office with the intention of receiving Dental treatment and left, feeling embarrassed and humiliated because of a lack of funds. The office has called twice asking for payment. I have asked to speak with the Veterinarian and have never heard back.

      We are unsure why the prior response to this is no longer on this review but a quick summary regarind this is as follows.  This client was given an estimate for her pet's to have dental care. This estimate does include some additional but optional items that are recommended. These were discusse at the first visit when the estimate was created. The dental cleaning and polishing with nothing else was as she stated $190.00.  This client was checked in and the optional additional items were discussed as well as the disclosure that not all things are forseen and should her pet require an emergency medication to ensure a safe procedure we can't forsee that but we want clients aware those fees are additional and not optional, and rarely ever needed, but we disclose this.  This client became beligerent and aggressive with our staff and stormed out of the office and drove away, effectively late cancelling a procedure that we had set aside a great deal of time to perform.  Our office has a clear no show policy for procedure and she signed this and was in direct violation.  We attempted to call her and we texted her to remind her if she failed to return this would result in a bill for the late cancellation of her appointment. This clients reaction to signing common place paperwork that includes disclosures was outrageous. Our team was simply going over the paperwork and she stormed out.  We can't control other peoples finances and that is why many of the recommended items are optional but we must disclose all that we can for everyone safety. The fact she didn't like this and chose to storm out rather than continue to have a rational discussion to understand was also outside our control. The fact that we reached out and gave her the opportunity to return and she chose not too did result in the fee, which she knew prior to scheduling would be billed should she fail to cancel in a timely manner.  The veterinarians do not talk to clients about billing as that is not part of their duties, billing is dealt with by the office manager and accounting team and there was no reason for the veterinarian to take time away from seeing patients to discuss the clinic late cancellation policy as the veterinarian has no control over those policies.
