  In March of 2021 we paid the deposit to order 1 window and 2 doors. In June I was told all were in and an appointment was made to install them. But the day of the appt the tech arrived with only the window and said the doors had not been ordered, and that I would be contacted. But no contact ever came. As the window didn't work and the screen didn't fit, I followed up. After several frustrating and not helpful interactions, an appt was made to fix the window and screen only, as I was told the doors were still months out. But the day of the tech showed up having no idea why he was there, and without the replacement screen or the correct parts to fix the window. He had to return later to finish the job. The new date I had been given for the doors passed and still no doors. Then on 2/2/22 I was contacted saying that they still had an open work order, and wanted to finish up "something" for me. I sent a message reminding them that the "something" was the doors, and asking them to just go ahead and close out the job because it is clear they have no ability or intention to provide them. But the job was never closed out. Then today I get contacted that they want to come fix my screen so they can close out my job. This company clearly doesn't keep any record of jobs and what is done/still owing. As they don't seem to have record the doors are owing, it has become clear that can't expect them to ever be ordered or installed. But as talking to them has yet to provide any resolution I am contacting you.

  We have spoken directly with ********************** and resolved her is complaints and scheduled the completion of her project with her.

  Hello,
  
  I recently filed complaint #******** against McVay Brothers for not having completed a job. The complaint was closed as they had scheduled today to come and finally install my windows (see attached text message). However, they never showed up. At this point, I am done dealing with this company. I would just like my money back. They were given a chance to make this right and they couldn't or wouldn't do it.
