i had rented equipment from this place and it was perfect with out a hitch they were later picking ity up bt a say but it was ok .when i went to get my deposite of 500 dollars back i could now use my phone as i had paid with ****** pay and my phone was dead . i told them i be back in a few min i charge it in the car . i did so went back in and he had left the owner ***** for the day . i was told he was the only person who could do it . i have returned 7 times over three weeks getting a different story from how the damages were 200 .00 allegedly a few superficial scratches from black berries it was a skeedster meant to demolish buildings and by nature is scratched the scratches must be pointed out there so faint . I had no choice Even though it is clearly on invoice i paid for the insurance to cover any thing like this i wanted the other 300 . then i deal with the rest and after going over the billing and the over charges i found covered the damages and it styiull had 500 in a deposited to be returned they admitted this and i have invoice but they told me they did the refund all ready which seemed wrong since my phone had to be present and i had it with me the whole time .i waited two weeks when its instant i used ****** pay they had no record ****** or my bank which the card is issued has no record when i try to tell them i did not get it they accuse me of trying to lower the **** I'm not when i asked for the info on the return they told me they shred it and and its gone and that there nothing they can do for me to leave . and gave me the owner number who takes my call but does nothing to help get a reference number so i can try to find my money . so two things i paid for damage insurance above the standard usually offered but charged 200 for a few scratches and my 500 dollars which ****** and my bank both state never sent its now week four and i have been told nothing they can do for me or about it they shred all of it .
