This business in granite falls has continually claimed out of date information on its website pertaining to the corporate policies of specials and discounts. Their website says they accept competitors coupons which by account of the granite falls location is not accurate. Further, they do not back the specials listed on the site. I tried to order the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas this evening and they claim the website is outdated and that is not our daily special. the website clearly says it is a daily special after 2pm so i was forced to pick a more expensive alternate. If you do not want to be a part of the franchise and offer what corporate lists, then do not participate as a franchise. If the website is outdated, as it has been apparently for years because it has says this for many years, the manager of this establishment needs to honor the out dated information and get in touch with corporate. it should not be the consumer on the hook for advertising that is wrong.

      Hello,

Unfortunately this complaint is missing a lot of information that will allow us to look into the matter. Can the following details be added to the complaint so that we *** further review:

      Address of the location visited.
The exact dollar amount of the visit or a check number if the customer held a receipt. This way we can review the transaction.
      Time of visit
and name of the individual who booked the reservation.

In reviewing the information that was provided, we can weigh in on a couple of the details.
      1) Our locations are never permitted to sell 2-liters for in-store consumption. We have a soda fountain for self-serve beverages or 20z beverages available for any guests dining in. The reason being is we do not allow guests to bring their own cups in due to a previous abuse of customers helping themselves to unpaid beverages. This is a corporate policy.

      2) Our reservations are all set to exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes. This should've been explained to whomever booked the room prior to the day of the visit. Any exception to this would've required prior authorization from a manager. This is so our counter staff can prepare to clean and prep the room for the next parties. If parties do not leave at their scheduled time, this can disrupt any groups that *** follow due to inadequate time to clean & prepare the room. This is also a corporate policy.

If employees were rude to you, we would definitely want to look into the matter, but if they were enforcing these rules then it is not within their power to operate outside of company policy.

      We will await further details.

      Thank you,

      Matt

The guy making pizzas was eating or chewing gum directly over the pizza dough, chewing with his mouth open directly in plain sight of me

Thank you for providing the information regarding the chewing gum in the Granite Falls location. We shared your message with the operations manager who handles all the locations of Alfy's Pizza ******** and we also shared it with the general manager of that store. They will both reiterate to all staff that chewing gum is not allowed in the location.

      Thank you,

      Matt
