      I went in and put a down payment of $800 on a **** flex. The owner and his salespeople were pushy and dishonest from the start. They insisted that I lie to the lender about the amount that I gave them down . They then after we signed papers decided to go through a different lender without my knowledge or ok to do so. They then insisted I be back to there lot days later after switching who my lender was on me to sign some paper. I'm sorry I work from 7am to ? Everyday as a flagger. I also have a 3,4, and 5 year old at home. Unfortunately I can't just drop everything and be there when they say jump. I requested that they emailed me these forms need to be signed for this other lender. Which they refused to do. Then we had it set up for them too send me a loaner car because the one I bought had so many issues and the tow truck driver would be bringing me the papers to sign. But instead they had somebody show up at my work repo the car 12 days after leaving the lot with it, no paperwork in hand, I was in the middle of no where working and had no cell phone service, the tow truck driver wouldn't even let me drive up the road to get cell phone service to make a couple calls to figure out what was going on, I still don't know who this mystery lender is that they decide to have me go through without my knowledge or consent. Top it all off now they're trying to say that I just gave them the money that was actually the down payment. When I went down to get myself out of the vehicle they refuse to give me any paperwork and told me that I had to wait for it that I was crazy and that I f***** around and found out. I feel that I should be able to get my money back but apparently the owner does not want to do that for some reason and I am not sure why, I work hard for my money I have kids to take care of I was trying to get a reliable vehicle for work and for my kids. But mission motors took that away I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this place, the owner is very rude, unprofessional, thinks he can just take my money.

      This customer is a habitual liar, had the car for 12 days and kept saying she would come in and resign and never did, had tons of excuses, the bank she said said she was approved with actually said "hell No" that's there words, we based our deal on what she told us, we were not pushy she actually came back on her own after visiting our dealership, when we did get the car back it looked like she was living in it was completely disgusting, not sure how someone does that in 12 days but she managed to, took us 3 days of cleaning, We attempted to contact this customer several times to resolve her financing issue and she would only text us back. The purchase order clearly states that we are *********** recovery cost and cleaning and miles, at this point I might take her to court to recover the ****** she owes us for the cleaning and miles, maybe bbb can help me recover my cost on that? BTW when she was texting she said the only day she could come in was Sunday and she knew we are closed on Sunday, we told her we would stay late anytime but she chose to play games, the only thing she has in this statement that is true is that she did find out!

      Wow this is not true at all, I was working at the time they chose to contact me and I told them that and I was NOT the one that contacted the Bank they were, so I'm not sure what's up with the lies and the B.S and the vehicle was not that bad yes it had a lot of my work stuff in it. They didn't even give me time to clean it or anything so that's not my fault, not to mention I was stranded in the middle of no where with no cellphone service, and also I put money down towards  the vehicle so where did that $ go? This is supposed to be a professional business but if you see the response from them it's clearly not professional at all, it's a shame... They should be ashamed of them selves and the way they treat customers,  and it's not my fault I couldn't drop everything I was doing to go sign papers I was working to much and I have 3 young kids to take care of, but what I dont understand is I was lied to I have text messages to prove it!!.. I doubt that it took that long to clean the vehicle out, and I also doubt that it coasted that much to do so.

      I recently attempted to do business with these people. Halt! THEY ARE NOT REAL CHRISTIANS . Do not but from these people. The we are here for you is a cover over being con artists! First off **************** "*****" bragged the entire time about being married and having 2 boyfriends, even went to the extent of showing me pictures of her *** swing at home that her landlord/second boyfriend uses on her. Very unprofessional. And gross . Grow up. I should have walked away taking that as enough for red flags. But I was excited and eager to experience a new car with only 78k miles on it. She sold it to me without a safety inspection first, lying about it being done, putting me and my 3 year old at risk. Which was very abhorrent & contemptible, the car was not deep cleaned and when I drove off the lot all the dash warning lights came on and I had no power with the transmission. Braking systems lights on, transmission light turned off manually, thankfully another lot service department read that, No heat, stinky antifreeze smell, (thus is a *********** no power inside car seats, ect. Needless to say I wanted to return it within 1 day . She drug it put 4 days so I couldn t return it without paying 500$. So that loathsome, pitiable, backbiting and deceitful business ripped me off 500$. I'm a single mom and couldn't afford that. But they didn't care. I will be taking them to small claims court since I recorded every conversation I had with them and they are in the wrong so much it's disgusting. I paid them 500$ in quarters. I'll let my silence speak when I see her in court. I figured if they wanted to make my daughter's life harder than heck for a few months that's the least I could do. They treated me so badly when I went back in to unwind the deal. It was shocking. They were so nice to get my money in the beginning. Fakes. Owner, you know what the Bible says about people like you. I'm going to BBB, small claims court and reporting them for unctuous swindling. They think they won. Time will prove them wrong. I hope this place shutdown down and **** the owner goes to prison for many accounts of thievery.This place is not honest and shouldn't be open. Im not letting this go. Even if it takes a year with a private investigator. You don't rip me and my daughter off and get away with it. I'm not the first. Sadly I won't be the last. But maybe with effort I can help shut this place down for good. It's worth my time, to protect all those families out there. They Are improper, incompetent, inefficient, ***, and negligent. They will lie to you, steal your money any way they can and hide behind walls not to face you like the owner did to me cowardly. Do not trust this business. Ever I want my 500$ back. They lied and put my child at risk

      January 20th, 2021 Bought a **** F150 from mission motors. When i bought the truck in the sales agreement they agreed on fixing the running boards and assured us that the burning oil smell was only spilt oil, it is actually the valve cover gasket leaking onto the exhaust which is a fire hazard. The truck 3 miles down the road from the dealer had the check engine light come on, along with front brakes seizing. I got the vehicle into a multi point inspection per request from owner **** ******** from Bic**** **** for the issues which i have attached. After the inspection they fixed the brakes and replaced coils and wires to fix the check engine light, the engine oil seep onto the exhaust which is a safety fire hazard and the agreed upon running boards have not been fixed. I have reached out to the company for the last 15 almost 16 months with no solution and no call back. **** ******** refuses to come to an agreement unless i go in person at which i cannot drive due to having knee surgery and have 2 young children, which i offered a zoom meeting, which has been refused as well as him saying he will have his crew stop any good will. I am requesting that the valve cover gasket and the sales agreement we owe you for the running boards be fixed.

      I am rejecting this response because as i have shown email evidence, that it is not a time issue but a medical issue, i have offered up the option for a zoom call at which owner refused even with medical ailments making it to where i can not be in person.I cannot drive due to knee surgery as well as having 2 young children at home which in my current state i cannot transport myself nor them from ******* ********** to stanwood **********. I have already sent the plan of action to his services manager last year at which i was told i would recieve a call to get my vehicle in sales worthy shape at which i have not for 15 going on 16 months:

      I am rejecting this response because zoom is the same as coming in due to the fact I CANNOT DRIVE! I do not know how much clearer i can make this, they have had *************************************** as provided documents have been sent with the sales agreement, the emails from April 2021 to **** his service manager, there is no reason to force a disabled individual who cannot drive to come and discuss something in person for something that has already been talked about in person when the vehicle was bought and an agreement was made and put into the formal agreement signed by BOTH PARTIES as you have on file. Along with having another option but the owner ( just like in all his negative ****** reviews like i have provided) refuses to help any customer, instead would rather bully and lie to the customers.:

      I have emails from ************************* saying she can't drive and then a complaint here saying Brian can't drive, so since they can't drive the truck anyway I don't see the problem with meeting in person when they can drive, for personal reasons I do not do zoom and I will not start now, would love to meet with both parties and have a reasonable conversation with both, in the meantime I hope that they have a quick and healthy recovery

      I am rejecting this response because the sales agreement that was signed by both parties still is not being delt with after multiple promises, this is not a time to make demands on talking as we have already talked. There is no reason for us to go to the shop to continue to talk. **** as you saw in the emails provided that he will only do something that is good for both, good for both is not what was agreed upon, what was AGREED upon and legally binded is that my vehicle be fixed. The only communication needed is the vehicle being dropped off to get fixed, no other communication is necessary. :

RCW 62A.2-314 is enough for my issues to be fixed along with proof of we owe you form signed by both parties at date of purchase.       I am rejecting this response because ad i have already stated there is no need to meet up at location to have a conversation, as his business reaches out every minth via text about trading in vehicle, under RCW 62A. ***** All that needs to be handled is an appointment to be set up to fix the truck, no talking is necessary, as it is their duty to uphold all sales agreements and federal and state laws pertaining to used cars sales. They have not upheld any agreement to date, also the oil drippin on the exhaust is a fire risk driving back and forth long periods especially going to stanwood from ******* then back to *******, then back to get the vehicle fixed. They have also had 16 months to request a talk at which they havent until it had been escalated to here and a complaint to the department of licensing, As i have shown. They can easily call to avoid my vehicle potentially catching on fire. :
