Moved out of a home they rented on 8/31/22, We were sent a refund with an itemized list yet no appropriate receipts. Was charged with multiple erroneous charges.Yard was in better shape than when we moved in, I fertilized, aerated, and feed the yard at the appropriate times. yet charged twice for yard expenses. I was told not to touch up walls nor to remove anything, also the pest control put holes in the wall. we were charged for all of the above at a higher than reasonable price. was also charged a "pet fee" for a Service animal and a "pet fee" for an animal that we don't even have.Requesting a refund of $1110 for all unreasonable deductions after living there for 3 years.Business response

This former tenant received his fair amount of refund from the move out inspection. The tenant was charged for damages. If your not careful I will *** you for supporting this liar. Read the move out report and tell me what we did wrong or remove the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:they over charged for damages put by their pest control and charged for a pet I do not have, as well as a service pet which is against the law. The have no regards for disabled vets, when I told **** about the law and that she's a service animal he told me "it don't matter".

The tenant was fairly charged for the damages he and his family did to the home. We actually missed some items we should have charged him for. This tenant was a very uncooperative tenant and did not respect the property or the contract he signed. He brought in two pets that were not allowed to be there. He disrespected everything.
