I purchased my motorhome from truck city rv sales. They sold it to me with a faulty windshield that is leaking a bunch of water into my motorhome. After accepting fault and sending out a non certified, non licensed or insured mechanic/repairman, they did not fix the job and only made it worse. It has now been over a month and the issue has still not been fixed. They are now refusing to complete the repair, threatening/black mailing me, name calling and harassing me over text message due to their irresponsibility and lack of inspection. This business is known for scamming people. Please do your due diligence and further inspect this business. Please feel free to email me for more photos since it would not let me upload them since they are screenshots of text messages exchanged between myself and the owner of Truck City Rv sales.

****** did not say the deposit was refundable upon backing out. You were also interested in us finding an *********** with a lower rate we were just unable to help you due to the year of the *** You backed out at the *********** with the bank check in hand. We do not normally refund deposits for buyers remorse. We refund deposits for financing falling through, or an issue with the coach we can not fix. However, we did refund your deposit. We sent you a check. So please retract your complaint. Thank you.

On 2 December 2022, I entered into an agreement with Truck City RV Sales to purchase a **** Tiffan Allegro 40' TGP Bus with the stipulation that all of the items listed on our inspection list would be repaired. The owner *****************************, ********************* the General Manager and the finance manager all agreed to this, and I provided them a copy of my list. As it was winter, I also asked them to winterize the vehicle and deliver the unit to ************** **, again this was all agreed on. Since it was winter, I was never given the *** (Pre delivery inspection) that I paid $995. for and was told it would be done upon delivery, also agreed upon that when I summarized the motorhome in the spring any issues found would be addressed by Truck City RV Sales and Service. The motorhome was delivered on January 11, 2023. I was not given the *** because the driver knew nothing about the unit. Very little of the work to be done was completed and I called ****** to let him know. His reply was, "What do you want me to do about it? I'm not fixing it." In the spring I took the unit to ************** in ********* ** to prep for utilization and found that it was not winterized and that the rear air conditioner was unrepairable, the radio and TV still did not work. Because the water was still in the lines the pipes froze and caused leaks. The Batteries were shot, bay doors were not fixed, and keys did not work. I contacted the owner ****** to inform him of the issues again, his comment was" What do you want me to do about it.?" I purchased the motorhome under the good faith that Truck City RV would honor the agreements and at this point they have not even come close to honoring the agreement. As of today, I have paid over $10,000. to bring the motorhome up to serviceable condition. I do understand that we purchased a used motorhome and didn't expect it to be in like new condition but, I did believe that Truck City RV would honor the agreement. Total BS!!!!!!

We apologize for any issues that you have had. There is some miscommunication about what a PDI is. It stand for pre delivery inspection. What you paid for was the mechanics to go over the motorhome. They make sure of things like the refrigerator working, hot water is working, ect. Usually, we also do a walkthrough which it seems you did not get, and we do apologize for that. However, as just stated the 995 went to the techs going through the motorhome, not the walkthrough. We generally fix what is possible to fix, as we have a small shop and it's not equipped for some of the big issues. That was also communicated to you. As far as winterization, when they do go through it they do need it unwinterized to test everything. Maybe it was not communicated to them to then re winterize. However, did you check if it was winterized when you got it? It does not sound like it, and even though we did not do it, I still feel like you could have checked and got that taken care of before letting it sit all winter and get the issues it had. When ****** asked "what do you want me to do about it?" He was asking, how can we fix this issue. As you stated you did buy a used motorhome. A 17 year old motorhome. Issues do pop on those, even after fixed. We are sorry for the inconvenience, time and money this cost, however we can not issue a full refund on the motorhome or the issues from it not being winterized as that is something that you could have done.

We purchased our Motor Home on 9/16/22 from Truck City RV, ******, **. .We were told all systems were working:The refrigerator did not work and had major damage in the coolant system lines, creating smoldering damage in the wall. The batteries (a major source of power) were not charging, we discovered that more than half had no water in the cells. This is a basic mechanical check. Batteries had to be replaced. There had been repairs made to the seam above the entry door but the first rain exposed a major leak above the passenger seat. Our mechanic made this repair. Repair the Self leveling Lap Sealant Invoice from our Mechanic:1.Labor-diagnosed door awning (dead motor discontinued), cleaned silicone off roof and resealed, installed coolant expansion tank (we purchased part separately $200), diagnosed and replaced cooling unit on refrigerator, diagnosed electrical issue and changed house batteries $2450.50 2.Self-Leveling lap sealant $112.00 3.Nordic cooling unit **** for Norcold **** refrigerator $1936.39 4.Interstate GC2 6V deep cycle battery $699.96 Total cost for repairs: $5198.85 We were told the tires were new, based on markings on the tires, they were manufactured in ****. Cost to replace: $4300.00 Total out of pocket expense to us for work that was not done or repair/replacement of items that we were assured working is $10,848.85.The purchase contract collected $1150 from us for title/fees. We paid ****** ***** of Vehicles for the title transfer and plates directly. We cancelled our Service Repair Contract on 12/23/22. **** issued the refund to Truck City RV in early February. As of today, Truck City has refused to forward the refund to us. Refund estimate $7235. Truck City has stolen nearly $8385 that was deceptively collected.

We bought a trailer 7.9.22. Brought a check and paid for the trailer. Brought the trailer home and several weeks later used the trailer. Took the trailer 5 miles from our house where we found out several things were wrong with the trailer. Contacted the place as where we had bought it was told that they had no idea, there was any problems with the trailer. Contacted the manufacture since the trailer is a 22 and at first they said that they would fix it just needed pictures and description and get it into a place to have it fixed. Then the manufacture said they were not fixing the trailer, we are not the owners of the trailer that we are leasing the trailer. I am making payments on this trailer from my bank and paying insurance on the trailer. And not actully legally ours. As of right now, I still dont even have plates, registration and our bank has never recieved title for it. We are being told that there is a snag with the previous bank. I have all phone calls, emails and paperwork to back all of this.

Bought a motorhome from them, told them we had no experience with motorhomes and he assured me he would take care of us and set us up in a trouble free rig, no worries, well the first one failed the inspection only running on 4 of the 6 cylinders, rig #2, Monaco Dynasty, assured us once again they would go through the whole rig to make sure it was a solid unit, price was a firm $43,000.00 so I went and got a cashiers check for the 42k, then he called me back and asked me to go back and cash that check and get one for $27,000 and the rest in cash ($15,000), It to was a nice looking clunker, massive electrical issues, finally a 04, newmar scottsdale 8k less which he kept saying he was doing us a favor by allowing us to trade, every dealer we spoke with said they would have never done anything like that. They are thiefs and heartless, ****** would would lie to an elderly old woman to steal her last $$$$$$$$. 6 month,s still waiting for my refund. Sorry people all fake and broke down just like the worn out junk they peddle off on incent people.

The customers came in and bought a ******, which we delivered to them. They brought it back, with body damage on the outside. There were pet stains from a dog. They modified the furniture, specifically the dinette. They agreed on a straight trade. After the fact they complained and worked out a deal with the owner and he paid them ***** dollars for he difference of the motorhomes. They agreed to this. We had to pay money to fix the original one they bought and traded in because of the damage they had caused to it in a short amount of time. Since then, they have tried to smear our business on any platform they could find. Putting in multiple complaints on each platform. We are always willing to work with people, and had come to agreements with them. They are the ones that backed out later, after agreeing on the amount.
