I wrote before about our trailer not being fixed and full of bugs after they had it since April 6,2022. We have written a letter to the dealer, been in to their office, made several phone calls.Well today they delivered it and there is still a lot of bugs crawling around, I talked to ****** the service ***** manager, he said they bombed the trailer and he didnt see any before they delivered it. But we could clearly see them crawling around, he said they would try again.Besides this he said there is nothing they can do about the cabinets. They did fix the door by expanding part of the molding, leaving a gap in it.I had told them originally that I wanted it fixed or a new trailer or my money back. I waited longer for them to fix it but now it is beginning to just be ridiculous, and we have to cancel our plans another time.So we are hoping you can help us some.Business response

Complaint: 17302110I am rejecting this response because:Yes, I agreed ****** did call me after we went to pick the trailer up and found the bugs, saying they would take care of them. He also said he doesnt know how the food marks etc. I mentioned on the counter got there.When they delivered the trailer to us and I found the bugs still I told ****** I had pictures I could send him and he declined. Even my neighbors could see them crawling around. I mentioned to ****** that they seemed to come out when it was warmer and hide later when it cooled down by the front window.The beginning leak from the front window has left watermarks and damage to the panels below and next to the front window.The front door was fixed but that is when the gap next to it appeared, it was obvious as you could stick your fingers in the gap.As for the cabinet the doors are still loose and uneven, ****** said they did all they could about the cabinets. We feel more could be done, as this was a brand new trailer we purchased and used for one week before calling for repairs.Yes, the shower hose was fixed by clipping the ring off.The gap you could see out when the slide was in is fixed.The trim by the benches is still raw wood and ****** said that is normal, we didnt think it was because it was not like that on the model we looked at before buying.****** did say he ordered a new counter top for where the sink is coming up, which is still coming.After all the spraying and cleaning ****** said they did, I still had to clean up. After this I ended up sick from the chemical residue left on the surface, not sure if we will even be able to use the trailer.Maybe all this could have been avoided if they would have better service, they didnt even ask for the warranty work to be authorized tell May 9, 2022 when they set up our repair date for April 6, 2022, when we called about March 10. Even though I had asked for it back for a vacation we had planned April 16, then another vacation on May15, which we had to cancel. Then another planned for June 7, and ended up canceling our reservations and paying for a hotel.Sincerely,

The General Manager of Sumner RV Center, *************************, called and spoke with ******************* on Thursday the 16th of June 2022 and discussed the options of repurchasing her 22 Apex Trailer where he offered $32,500.00. Her response was that she would talk to her husband and get back to us the next day. We have not heard from her at all. ************************* again attempted to reach her and left a message on Tuesday, June 21st,2022 looking to find out if they had made a decision. As of Thursday, June 23rd,we still have not heard from her. The offer stands as long as it needs to.
************************ mentioned to **** that she had consulted lawyer and he responded that if that was the case, we would have to give the case to our lawyer and they can come to decision. She stated it was just for advice so we werent sure how it would play out at the time.We feel that we are responsible to make warranty repairs that we had ordered parts for. Those parts have come in and are available for installation but it is up to ************* to make an appointment and bring in the unit. She has previously mentioned that there is an RV dealership closer to her that would do the warranty work. We are willing to ship the parts we have for her trailer to that RV business so that she can get the repair work completed.

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, **** did call me on June 16th and offer to buy the trailer back. He at first said he would pay my loan off and I said that wasnt enough as we had paid part cash so he said he would pay $32500. I did tell him I had to talk to my husband and get back to him. We had left for a trip and there was a message from **** and also ****** when we got home. I called Friday June 24th to talk to them, was told they were not in at the moment so I left a message. We were on our way back out of town for the night.
On Monday ****** called me and said the parts were in for my trailer and I needed to make an appointment to get the work done. He stated it would take a week or two do the repairs. I stated that we were wanting to use the trailer the following week, so we set an appointment for July 11th.
it will be the first time using it since we received it back, while packing it we noticed some things still not fixed and more that needs to be fixed.As for ************************* offer of $32500, I thought it wasnt a fare amount and my husband is not sure about it. Hes worried we will not be able to get one soon enough for our plans.

I ordered and paid for aluminum flashing and plastic wheel surround in September and have not received my order. When I attempt to contact the business they do not return texts, email or phone calls.Business response

The customer's order was placed immediately with our vendor. The manufacturer was not able to build the unit in a timely manner. The order was cancelled per the customer's request and a refund was issued.Customer response
