            Purchased a pig from a pig farm the farmer sent it to Sunnyside meat packers for butcher. We had no choice in butchering selection. We picked up pig that was butchered on date. When we brought pig home we tried immediately and were dissatisfied with the taste but continued to try other cuts. The meat continued to taste funny. We have to friends snd family members to try and everyone agreed it had a bad taste. Contacted farmer and gave him samples to try and his mother in law refused to serve meat as she cooked it because of *****. ****** reached out to butcher and both are denying any wrong doing with the pig and refuse to make any refunds on pig because 3 months have passed. The pig cost ******* and both butcher and farmer say it cant be their fault and blame must be on the other. In the meantime we have a ******* inedible product. Both businesses are saying they can do nothing. We have people that tasted the meat and can tell you something was wrong. At initial contact with farmer he said he would do whatever to make it right. And now no one can do anything. They have the money and we have inedible pig.(Triple Nickle Premium Pork)

            Run Farmers Run! This is not the place to send your animals to be butchered if you care about what you eat. Even the judge in small claims court agreed with me, I have a judgement and they still wont make it right. Now I am having to go to the next step to collect from them. There is no integrity here, they do not care that they ruined your meat after you cared so well for your critters. They do not give a receipt, so you have to ask to see the cut sheet and take a picture of it. The packages are mis-marked, they cannot follow instructions, you will be shorted meat and if they do find it you will have to drive all the way back to get it. You will not be able to BBQ a burger (can you say FLAME THROWER)? This is not the extra lean she promised me. I cannot list all that went wrong with my orders here, but all the people I raised meat for last year are mad, even my sister and neighbor! All the excuses and not so true statements will not make your meat right and you will be stuck with trying to figure out what to do with this stuff. We now are buying burger and pork chops from the grocery store. 5 pigs and a cow. Since having to deal with this I have talked with several people with similar stories, this is happening to more than you would think. And the ******** page, well they delete anything they dont like FYI.
