My boyfriends truck has been sitting in their shop for 6 months right now, yes... 6 months waiting on its 4th transfer case to be replaced. Before this 6 months it was in and out of the shop for another 6= months. He bought a truck from this dealership Dec. 2022. The past year, the transfer case has broken 4 times, the transfer case is under warranty, The dealership has continuously told him that they are fighting with the warranty and apparently they wont cover it, so guess what this dealership did... makes my boyfriend pay for a portion of the transfer case. He was so over the back and forth he just did it. Okay so now guess what they are saying? It was shipped to them and the transfer case was broken... they are holding on to this truck until warranty is out so they don't have to continue paying for THEIR mistakes. They are all crooks and sell lemons. And another thing, even the loaner truck they gave broke down and they have not replaced it. His warranty covers rentals, and they say they don't have any. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!Review from Ryan C

What an absolute joke of an establishment. This all started when my 2011 ********* had a bad rear main seal that was literally replaced only a year prior, but was just out of warranty so i traded it in for a 2015 ******* after a few days the lifters started knocking and *********** told me that was normal and they would charge me to take it apart. That wasnt going to fly so after a 3rd trade in for a 2018 Silverado that they screwed up an oil pan gasket change on and has a ton of electrical issues. I even took it in becuase the battery was acting up and **** ignored me. Guess who couldnt start their vehicle the next day. Stay as far away from this place as possible.Review from Neva M

I use to think highly of this dealership but no longer. Had a phone appointment scheduled on Friday morning and even called talk to someone, got told someone would contact me in the next 20 min. By the end of the day saturday I still have not spoke to anyone. I was doing all of this to get a vehicle for our business. Well after years of respect for this Car lot the opinion I have has changed because its like they pick and choose who they deal with and work with. I have lost all intrest in the deal that I was given due to the fact you can't get any help or straight answers from anyone at any of the lots C. Specks owns.
