Date of order: 3/30/21 Order number ****** I placed an order using apple pay and saw I didn't have an email on file with that. Since there was no email I didn't get a order confirmation and I couldn't track my order without a matching email. But took a screen shot before I closed out so I at least have an order number. I immediately emailed company explaining. Never heard back so emailed again. Still nothing and tried the "contact us" email system on website twice, heard nothing. Called number on website and recording said was disconnected. Expected to never see items and disputed charges. Then a week or two later received 3 out of 4 shirts ordered in a bag with no invoice and a return address of *************** in ** not company teeuni in WA. I contacted bank to send back 3/4 of money I owed but after a lengthy hold was told they can't do that and there was nothing I could do. Then just got a call from bank saying teeuni disputed and provided documentation that they sent shirts. When I explained to the bank only 3 arrived they said I needed to provide documentation to back that up. I clearly don't have documentation to show only 3 shirts arrived. I asked for contact information and the bank said they didn't have any for me and that all of the money will be returned to them. I don't think this is ok. This is stealing from me. The bank said there is nothing more they can do. The company is uncontactable and are doing shady business mailing something with a return address name of ***************. It didn't seem right so I kept the packaging. But again didn't tape myself opening the package so can't really prove I didn't get all of the shirts except showing I ordered another one right after from Amazon. I deserve 1/4 of the money. And a business shouldn't be completely uncontactable.Initial Complaint

4-28-2022 Teeuni.com is in violation of copyrights. They are selling my own design on their website . Here is my design on their website. We ask that you immediately remove ***any and all products with which this image appears (in all sizes and formats), destroy these illegal products and stop selling them on Teeuni.com or any other sales platforms such as ************* or any other website names you own.Thank you for your cooperation,Vicks **** 2016 ***** Designs , LLC, All Rights Reserved.
