Purchased floor model refrigerator Nov 2021 with doors damaged. At that time new doors were to be ordered and would be changed out. Multiple phone calls, person I need to speak to never available. Doesn't return calls. Finally got ahold of someone (***?) Doors were supposedly ordered, will be delivered and installed. I wait, no contact. I call and am told doors are ordered but I will have to install doors myself. Unacceptable. There is an ice maker and water dispenser in door. I get a call delivery man will be at my house in 30 min, no appointment disscussed. I'm at work and cannot take delivery. I call and speak to manager. He says will reschedule and install, no problem they will take care of me. May 5 no call. I call manager. May 13 no call, I call manager. May 19 no call, I call manager. Manager says a new refrigerator was ordered (what happened to the doors supposedly already attemped delivery of?) New will be received by Weirs May 20. Delivery of new refrigerator delivery scheduled May 25. Removed old refrigerator, food in coolers. No call, I call again. Not on delivery schedule and employee ****** cannot see snythimg but doors. Again the person I need to speak to is not in. I've missed 1/2 days work and have refrigerator disconnected. Still waiting for a call. Can't miss more work. I need my refrigerator. What do I do to guarantee delivery? I am beyond frustrated at a 6 month run around. Please advise. Thank you.Business response

I have talked to my son Dakota. He has been in contact with her and we have doors available. She no longer wants the doors and wants a whole new refrigerator. A replacement is on backorder with no date. We have offered to replace the doors and give her a 5 year extended warranty for her troubles. Have not heard what she would like. The ** rep said they have no timeline for a replacement. Her refrigerator is working fine and just needs new doors. Please let us know what she would like.

Ordered a washer and dryer over 2 months ago and still have not received it or gotten any idea of when it will arriveBusiness response

The customer is scheduled for delivery on October 30th. He has spoken to his salesperson and had scheduled earlier. I am sorry for the 2nd notice I did not receive a first one that I can find. Any questions, please let me know.
