      April 8th- Took Car in for inspection 3pm. Said trans was leaking between Motor and Trans. Quoted **** for repairs. Said they were backed up. May 14th- told there was loaner to use while repairs were being done, owner would call back 3:39pm. May 16th- called again about loaner 10:28am. May 18th- Car taken in for repairs 1pm. May 24th- Called to check on Car. No answer 5:04pm. May 25th- Called to inquire about car 11:42am & 1:01pm. Shop said repair had not been started and est another week. May 26th- Shop called to say car was finished and ready, no more leaks 10:39am. Asked how I planned to pay, told them credit card, they asked for cash. Shop called, said car was still leaking and didn't feel comfortable giving it back 5:52pm.May 26th- Shop called again to inform me vehicle had a leak from the motor oil. Said it was completely out of oil when we brought it in. Asked us to come into the shop to look at leak. Didnt see the leak. Est extra **** to fix oil leak. Told us to sell the vehicle, or have it stolen, since no one in WA looks for stolen vehicles. Only authorized trans repairs. Said they would get it closed up over the weekend and give us a call when it was ready. May 31st- Shop called to say car was ready for pickup 5:33pm. June 1st- Arrived after 12pm to pick up vehicle. Paid cash Drove the car off the lot only to find out breaks were not working. Called the shop, turning around to take it back 1:15pm, ******** said, oh yeah I was gonna ask you about the breaks. Said the breaks may have been disconnected when the car came down from the lifts. Left the car so they could fix it. June 2nd- Shop said car was ready 12:16pm. Car was picked up around 4:30pm. 9pm Car was out of oil. leaking so badly that it has covered back of the Car. Went in for repairs on the trans. Told the trans was the issue by J &L auto and jiffy lube.Picked up car from shop w/serious oil leak and break issues. do not want to take it back for fear of more damage
