We hired ***** CONCRETE to remove the asphalt at one of our properties and replace with Concrete. He gave us a Quote which we were ok with and decided to move forward. We gave additional money so that he can rent the excavator and paid 80% of the total contracted amount. He would not start the work without paying majority of the contracted amount. This is where we went wrong. He promised that the entire work would be done in a week's time. Day-1 he came and broke the asphalt for half of the drive way & when we ask any questions about the project in terms of his plan etc he would just say "Let me do my Job, I know what I am doing". He would not apprise you on the next step in the plan and would keep you guessing if he would even show up the next day or not. Close to the end of week-2 he just completed 30% of the drive way with concrete and left the balance 20% with broken asphalt and the rest 50% completely untouched. He was working when we left for the day and he disappeared with all his tools and excavator that evening & did not show up since then. It's been 8-weeks now. Our experience with ***** has been horrible & really frustrating on top off the huge money loss. We are pursuing legal action against him even if it takes time and more money to do this.We should have questioned his lower pricing before we engaged with him & done little more due diligence. That is exactly why I am posting this detail review so that people can be warned against his unethical practices and false promises."PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM".. You will be super disappointed.

Zero stars for this contractor. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!He was supposed to have a concrete patio completed in 3-5 days that was June 1st 2023. It is now 8/30/23 and he has broken pipes ripped up a 200 tall tree that subsequently had to be removed for safety issues, ruined the siding on my house and the paved driveway. Still only have 1/2 of the patio and the 2nd half had to be ripped out because he poured it 2 up the siding of my home, that now has to be replaced as well. He left the deck in a pile in the front yard. Let his one employee come over and tear out the improperly poured concrete with a *************************. He then payed all the pieces in the middle of the driveway blocking the entrance or exit of any vehicles. Trying to get him to come and fix anything is a joke. Currently filling out paperwork to take home to court for damages and the cost to have his terrible work fixed. He may give you a great quote but believe me when I tell you it is worth the extra 5k to use the other contractor because he will cause damages more than youd ever dreamed one person could create!! Please use another company!!

Poor customer service, After 6 weeks job is still not finished. Begged for the work. Have a ************ in the concrete and an unfinished spot around a utility box. Did not use the proper amount of rebar. This person cuts every corner in the book.
