            On Oct 11th (Oct 16th credit card chg date) I ordered 9 Fir Shaker Doors & jams to be fit and stained. To be installed by my own contractor. 18 mos. ago I used the same company & representative to replace 9 doors on the main floor. It was quality work, so I was happy to order the same doors for the 2nd floor. Silly me I did not do the same due diligence as before. Chasing after my doors due in early Nov I learned from ******* that no orders have been coming in and contracting agencies who received checks have seen them bounce. I have tried to contact the owner ***********************, who does not answer phone or email. I have called city licensing agencies and found their UBI#********* but was aghast to learn this LLC might have dissolved in late May and that there is no bond on file. So taking my $ well after that is fraud. I am filling a police report but hope you can help me recoup my money and ensure others are not similarly bilked. Thank you

            This is the worst customer service ever ! I have ordered my door all the way in Febuary 14th . I still don't have a door. He has had many excuses why it wasn't ready. Will not give me a refund $731.87 . I'm hopping to get justice.... i have tried in many ways to get this resoled . He has nothing but lied to me . He begged me to not ask for my refund because his secretary had embezeld over $160.0000 from him and this is why he is behind and didn't have the money that the *** froze his accounts .This is why it wasn't ready... Every week i stopped in...and either he wasn't there or my door wasn't ready. His name is *********************** leaving me out of money and no door at all. Filled by *************************
