We had a fella named **** came out to our address ***********************************************He arrived before the 4th of July 2023. On the workday before the 4th.He asked **** for money before he even started So while **** at work I was to fill out the check for ****. He said to me that I could write it out for $7000 dollars. I thought that's a lot of money and he said he seen inspections cost around over that amount before.So I wrote out the check A few days later I asked for the reciept for the work he had done.He said we could look on line and that it was self explanatory...later the next Day ******** gave me the paperwork showing what he had done and it cost $349. Dollars not $7000.I was outraged and I felt stupid. Well he never came back to pick up his tools and never cleaned up the mess he made.**** tried calling him for several weeks and no response. So I called he answered and I asked for a itemized statement. Still he never showed up.or called. I'm there every day all day never saw him until Just about two weeks ago and I did not say anything to him. He walked around and left. Only to mention that he was picking up tools. I told him that ******** was not home but he could leave a note.He did not. ******** ended Up cleaning up the mess.Business response

This project started at the end of June 2023. I met the property owner J.K. on site at ************************************************ he showed me his rental property which is located adjacent to his home on the same parcel. He wanted to replace the existing electrical panel which was a Federal Pacific Electric brand, which is a known Fire hazard, and most often your insurance company requires you to replace. The new 2023 National Electrical Code requires that we install a new meter and Emergency Disconnect for the *************** when we install a new Electrical panel We agreed on a price of $7000.00. I informed him that we always require a deposit of 50% to begin the the work. This starts with paying for the application for the Electrical Permit from the ******************* . PERMIT #*******E. Which we received on 6/26/2023, at a cost of $91.20. We contacted the local area power provider, ********************************* to schedule for the power line to be disconnected. On or about the 5th of July we began the project by having the power disconnected. We installed a new Meter base with a new combined Emergency Disconnect for the ***************. We also drove 2 8ft ground rods into the soil and buried them as required by the National Electrical Code. We also installed an Intersystem Bonding Terminal at the meter, to provide a common grounding and bonding point for all media, Data, phone and satellite providers. From from this point we installed a #6 AWG Copper bonding conductor to ************ panel ground terminal in the house panel . We installed a new 60 circuit panel in the house. The **************** Electrical Inspector ***************************; provide the Inspection on July 6, 2023 and he passed the job the first time, and we received the go ahead to have ************** restore power to the house. He actually asked me what this job cost .I told him $7000. He said he just left a job in ********** that the contractor charged over $21,000 for an almost identical Installation .The next day I returned to do a light cleanup and pick up my tools including my $400.00 ********* Light tower. I was told someone would provide me access. I knocked on the door loudly and got no response. I waited 3 hours and nobody showed up. I used this time to cleanup the Van, tools, and outside work area. Finally at the end of the day the owner showed up but did not have a key. He said the woman in the house must have been asleep. I made a return trip to finish ** but the woman in the house did not have a key The Invoice for $359.00 dollars that the renter found was for some material. For instance the 2 inch steel pipe for the power pole cost over $110.00 . The materials for this job where well over $1000.00. In the end THIS WAS A BID JOB !!! The owner and I agreed on this price, and I provided him with a complete new Electrical Service with a new panel, just like we had agreed upon. The three hours I waited cost me an additional $350.00 to stand around. I do not know if the woman that found the $359.00 invoice from the Electrical wholesale house assumed that all the parts installed themselves. That invoice is our property and contains private financial information that could be used illegally, and we want it back. I hope this can clear ** any confusion she has. In the end , this rental house now has a NEW safe Electric panel for years to come. Thank you BOND ELECTRIC CO **** Serving ****** and the surrounding area since ****. Our family has been hear since ****. Be safe!

Well **** barely remembers the quoted
Price so that's on me for not realizing it
The other thing **** says d he was never told about the fire hazard due to house was already inspected and passed so how would that be possible if it was a fire hazard?? when he said he cleaned up and waited 3 hours that I know was not true I was in and out with the dog for walks and if he did clean up why did ******* who lives in said rental
Waited a whole two weeks and he never
Came back and cleaned up inside her place so she did . We even called him up several times **** tried reaching him and he NEVER RETURNED HIS MESSAGES OR CALL BACK.FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER TWO WEEKS
so. I called him and said that we would like an itemized statement he said yes but we never saw him again. And it was about a month later he stopped in and I saw him and I did not have the key that day cause ******** locked herself out and used our spare cause she was late for work. And he did not stick around he immediately left saying he had to go get himself a new vehicle.. So for lack of communication he should have done an itemized statement for us so could they still send that so we have for our
Records . Thank you
**** and *************;
